Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:
The Epiphytes are a race of plant folk that are formed after taking over the body of a humanoid and converting it into a plant based organism that takes on the form of whatever race it took over. It carries over a lot of the personality from the original form that it took over and rebirthing every 25-100 years. The Epiphytes have existed for a while, mostly known for their sub-races of Dryads, Bryophytes, and Saprophyes.
If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look?
They look like the plant that the Epiphytes are formed from, so if the character who was transformed was sleeping under a Cherry Blossom tree in a fae ring, they might wake up with a tint on pink in their hair and their skin now made of the wood of the tree.
