Kolvar would read the missive while seated on top of her balcony's surface, with a glass of freshly poured whiskey besides her. Placing the letter aside, and picking up her glass to gaze over the city that once meant so much to her-now its barely recognizable. "Wherever you end up my dearest, know I have your back; Always and forever" Kolvar would say softly before taking a sip from her glass. "This place isnt the home I once loved so much-surrounded with the people that I cared so much for-Time is changed, and this change is grim and darker now" With that, Kolvar continued to drink from her glass while still gazing out across the night sky. 

Trafina

(The crest, a symbolic creation in the form of a raven; surrounded by a wreath of twisted vines and leaves. The raven is to  represent wisdom, longevity, and affection. The vines used to symbolize many different things but most importantly strength, determination, and progress.) 

History

The Trafina’s are a small bunch of individuals, mainly keeping to themselves within the walls of Silver. Their history began back in the realm of Arcas, and has blossomed in the upbringing of Almaris, with both the patriarch, and matriarch serving as rightful soldiers for the state of Healunor. The Trafina’s are unique amongst the rest of the Mali’thil in Healunor, they seek the need to protect the people, putting their life in harm’s way to protect innocent lives. 

Physical Traits & Appearance

The Trafina’s are of your typical Mali’thil, with a lanky and slender build, ranging in height anywhere above 6 feet. Those who follow in the footsteps of both patriarch and matriarch would have a more toned body figure, as their profession is quite rigorous. The Trafina’s are known for their stunning White platinum locks, often glowing in the sunlight. Their eye color ranges from the blue/green hues, some darker or lighter than others.

Kolvar Trafina holds the newly delivered missive in her hand, before sitting down on her plush couch in her living room, tilting her head to the side as she skimmed it. "I knew there was something spunky about her, no wonder why I chose to be lliran with her" She'd chuckle at that, whilst petting her two Alaskan malamutes, Whiskey and Aspen. As she finished reading what's left of the missive, she got up to walk over to the blazing fireplace, without hesitating she threw the thing into the flames; watching it burn and turn to ash. 

Kolvar Trafina raises her whiskey glass at the parchment poster near the tavern, skimming over it with a proud nod. "Glad to hear the Eternal College is soon to open and grant classes to those present." 

"Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya!" Kolvar Trafina echos, fully supporting the Sohaer and the nation as a proud member of the El'sillumiran

Kolvar Trafina issues her public self nomination for the role of Okairir'tir. 

I, Kolvar Trafina, formally nominate myself for the election of Okaririr'tir of elHeial'thilln. I have been apart of the Sillumiran for nearly two decades, within that time I have risen in the ranks and proved my worth. I have grown with the Sillumiran and it would only be right for me to continue my service and lead them while also enforcing our laws within our walls. I intend to continue the success and the continued safety of our citizens.

Sillumir Kolvar watches as Divkineal Zelios departs from the apartment floor. She glances over to see Elpidius huddled by the window crying, she cant help but hear the cries from the elf. Forming two fists in each hand, she walks back into her apartment slamming the door behind her. The elfess would make her way to the bar and sit next to Finnick with tears in her eyes she rests her head on the countertop. Muffled cries with gasps of air in between could be heard from her, she would then unclench her fists nd rest them on the countertop. 

The muffled cries would stop for a brief moment as she screamed  "LONG LIVE CELIASIL URADIR. MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA!! The scream could be heard a few blocks away as the elfess is clearly distraught about the news.

Kolvar would open her door to see Divkineal Zilios, Elpidius, and Hektor standing outside. Upon hearing the news that the Okarir'tir would be resigning, she would frown as she would remember her first encounter with him back in Arcas. Though they rarely had conversation after that, she still respected him and admired his dedication within the Sillurmir.
