On his day of birth he lived a simple life in the fields of Helena, which he lived there for 9 years. His mother passed away around when he was 8, which he did not get over with quickly. On his birthday at 9, his father sent him off to train. His father was a veteran, who tried to settle down with his now deceased wife. Alexios’s training was long, and took about 8 years. Eventually he got over his lost mother, and was preparing to become a swordsman. At 17; he was sent off to battle for the first time. There he met his lifelong friend, Arthur. Arthur was 8 years older then Alexios, but their bond was very strong. After 30 years of nonstop battle, his father passed away. Alexios; heartbroken, decided to take a break from war. He went back to his old farm to mourn his father. During his fathers burial, Arthur was sent to guard Novellen Palace. There he was shot in the head with an arrow. Alexios was crushed. He not only was mourning the loss of his father and Arthur, but he was getting nightmares of his mother once again. Shortly there after, he abandoned the Empire. He fled to several towns, trying to make something out of himself. He tried everything, farmhand, leatherworker, you name it. All of it illegitimate, and without much pay. The only thing he could find himself doing is mercenary work. He would defend farms, defend people. He has done it for several years. He will live and die a warrior.
