Born in the woods near Oren. He grew up travelling with his parents from city to city but mostly staying in the woods and fields outside of the cities. His parents thought him everything he needed to know to stay alive in nature for a few days. His parents where caring people. They shared whatever they had with other travelers and helped people they came across. This made them loved by a lot of people, and they where asked to stay in their city by a lot of people. Jed's father loved to make up riddles and create puzzles. These puzzles he carved out of wood and sold to earn some money, but never before the puzzle was tested by Jed. Jed's father always tried to come up with new kinds of puzzles and Jed loved every single one of them. Jed's mother did whatever was needed to be done, she mostly took care of the household, but when they where in a city for a few days she would find a job. They didn't have a lot of money ore posessions, but they where a happy and loved family.
One day when Jed was 14 he was traveling trough the mountains south of Oren with his parents when they heared a voice coming out of a cave. It sounded like a very hurt person. The person said: “Don't travel further into these mountains! Please, don't!” Jed's father carefully entered the cave and found a very skinny man in a cage, When he proceeded to break the cage open a creature appeared out of the dark. It looked like a human, but a lot taller and he had a humpback. The creature ran towards Jed's dad with a club in his hand and smashed his father. His mother, who waited outside, heared the screams and smash and looked inside. When she saw the creature she ran back the path she came from, dragging Jedidiah along with her. At first the creature tried to follow them, but quickly after he returned to his cave. Jed's mother was so shocked she just kept walking and when they finally reached Oren she started telling everyone about the creature, but no one would believe her. After a few hours of her screaming they needed to kill the monster and Jed trying to calm her down the guards came and arressted them. They locked Jed's mother away and send Jed to an orphanage. After a few days Jed got sick of the people not telling him where is mother was and he escaped. He ran into the woods, knowing he would be send back to the orphanage if he stayed in the city looking for information, and told himself he would find out where his mother was when he got older. He survived in the woods east of Oren and when he turned 18 he returned to the city and asked what happened to his mother. They told him she died in the prison, because she was so mentally ill and didn't have the will to live anymore. Jed returned to the woods and stayed there until he turned 20 and decided he should do something with his life. He has decided to follow his parents and travel the world.
