Sherman Terrawood was born in a very small village on a mountaintop near Krugmar. It was very secluded from the outside world. Sherman always longed to explore, to be free from the confines of his tiny village. His parents barely let him leave the village at all. The only times they did were for him to follow in his father's footsteps by cutting down trees, but even then he was still joined to the hip with his father. One fateful night however, when Sherman was in his twenties, a small tribe of red skinned orcs appeared in his village. Sherman first spotted them from his bedroom window, he was immediately captivated. He had never seen anything like them before in his life.
Sherman watched as they snuck through the village, stealing petty things such as food and other small items. Sherman watched, he didn't dare spook them off. Eventually someone rung the alarm bell and it scared them off. Sherman immediately got dressed and followed them out the village. He followed them to a clan lair, known as the Lur, fascinated and very naïve he trailed them inside. He was bewildered at the sight he saw inside, a massive colony of orcs living under one roof. Sherman was quickly spotted by one of the red skinned orcs upon entering the Lur. He was thrown into their dungeon and labelled a "snaga", a slave.
Sherman was tormented upon imprisonment, they made him fight other snagas while they bet on who would win. They regularly tortured and humiliated him. Until one day, Sherman broke. He started immersing himself within the orc culture. Even going as far as to make a makeshift shrine to Freygoth, the spirit of the wild, in his cell. Sherman then decided to adopt a last name more fitting for someone of his "status", changing his name from Terrawood to Redsworn, in honor of the red orcs that led him to Lur.
