Svea was born in the city of Helena and lived with her parents Magnus and Gunnefrid. She would sometimes live with her uncle (Erik) on his farm, where she would be harassed by the animals. This lead to her developing a fear of animals (her second greatest after her fear of fire). She was educated mostly by her mother, who taught her domestic skills and her uncle who taught her physical labour on his farm. She would spend most of her time in Helena playing with the kids on her street. If you wanted to avoid being teased it was important to show you weren't behind the others, and that is how she took to the habit of always pointing out peoples flaws and imperfections. During her teens she would embroider for a living with her mother. At 19 her mother died and she started working in her fathers tavern, developing a love for the culinary arts (even if she was horrible at it). That is when she started to learn more about the world outside her bubble, from listening to the drunken stories travelers would tell while stopping by, and wanted to start exploring it. Maybe travel to a distant location and found a tavern of her own?
She also has a tendency to replace profanity with the word "Diddyfunkle" based on the plant.
