We are looking for a new clerk for our work force.
With 18 official members and a host of others, we are looking for a clerk to have the job of recording deeds of our members.
Bards, lore writers and other are welcome.
We have hired a guild master, but we are still recruiting for all positions.
Healers, alchemists and botanists are wanted the most.

It was very unfortunate that Zelios' idiocy lead to the trial over him thinking that the 10% coupons for our first few jobs were me trying to lure or pay High elves out of state.
Though I can not say for sure why droves of individuals have left the city, I fear that the acid bathers and other hatred still flows within our kin.
To think that they call themselves peaceful and learned, to act with such hostility.
Our people may stagnate in that city which prevents High Elves from taking jobs outside of the city, yet my ambition to protect the realm from the evils that lurk in this realm stays solid.
I will try my best to find you that teacher, though there may be some complications upon me entering into the city. I have made note that no high elf is to work the job.

I would say the thing that almost turned me away was when you get jumped on by a forum mod and you are still learning how to use the forum.
It would be better to get some guidance with getting integrated with the forum stuff.
Some of the events and things you want to do seem bogged down by paperwork that you have to wait to do.
The crafting system is a pain but slowly growing on me.

Version 1.3
A
n adventurer shall seek the thrill of the world’s benefit for the Good Will of others. They shall seek out evil & cast it away so that the innocent folk may live lazy and prosperous.
Amend 1.3 All reference to rank not referring to the Guild Master or Arch Scrivener are removed, all others are moved to member or adventurer. All clerk and writing positions that are noncombative are retained.
Core Guild Policy 0.0.0.
0.0.1: A member of the guild must act in Good Will above all else. This policy by definition is non-static, yet as it moves with belief, an individual must adhere to Good Will’s better judgment.
0.0.2: A member must not harm another of the guild. Those who are found to have blatantly harmed a member will face punishments as outlined in section 3.
0.0.2.1: Comradery is needed. Those members who are scrapping may be found not guilty of 0.0.2 as the guild favors the spirited competition for growth within the guild.
0.0.2.2: Damaged possessions of members or the guild are subject to section 3.
0.0.2.3: Thefts and job capital distribution is subject to section 3.
0.0.3: Members will act in the interest of Haense’s image at the discretion of the interpretation of section 3. All jobs not in this definition are not subject to H.A.G. disciplinary fines by the state & are inter-member situational for benefits and no official responsibility by the guild.
Membership 1.0.0.
1.0.1: Individuals who are approved by the Arch Scrivener may become members of the guild.
1.0.1.1: Individuals who wish to join may submit either a formal H.A.G. resume, an informal resume, or a verbal resume to a member of the guild. It is recommended that the official forms are given to the clerks as a form will need to be maintained eventually for record keeping purposes.
1.0.1.2: During a critical situation, a level 3 or above member may appoint a non-member the temporary position of Acting Level 0 Intern. Said individual shall be responsible for their actions as if they are apart of their party during this time.
1.0.1.2.1: Should an individual be barred of membership or need to be barred; such person will not grant temporary membership. Following the chain of command, such appointed individuals may be removed at a discretionary basis.
1.0.1.2.2: Time spent during Acting Level 0 may be put towards on the job time to avoid official Intern time spent. A Clerk must approve 1.0.1.2.2.
1.0.1.3: The Guild Master may approve the promotion or membership of a member. These appointments must be accompanied by their signature which can be overwritten by the Arch Scrivener.
1.0.2: Members will respect the chain of command as stated in section 3.
1.0.3: Members will be allowed to take on guild jobs on the message board.
1.0.3.1: Members may take on jobs unlisted if they are given from the Guild master or Arch Scrivener.
1.0.3.2: Members may take on unlisted Emergency Response jobs as per the Good Will policy. They must report earnings, reasonings to take on the quest & the end of job report to a Clerk if they do so.
1.0.3.3: Emergency Response jobs are nor subject to H.A.G. job protection policies at the discretion of the Arch Scrivener.
1.0.4: Members are protected under the guild benefits program while on duty or at the Arch Scrivener’s discretion. Health benefits policies can be granted off duty at a Clerk’s discretion as long as it does not interfere with job completion. Those caught abusing 1.0.4. are subject to section 3.
1.0.4.1: Members are covered under H.A.G. dental benefits.
1.0.4.2: Members are covered under H.A.G. for injury expenses.
1.0.4.3: Legal expenses will be covered by H.A.G. if the Arch Scrivener determines the detainment of the member to be outside of the Good Will policy interpretation.
1.0.4.3.1: Members will follow regulation and 0.0.3. or will be considered acting as non-members for the duration of their actions.
1.0.4.5: Members’ immediate family shall be covered by health benefits.
1.0.5: Members are expected to maintain their resume once a year.
1.0.5.1: Members who do not have an updated form are considered to have an uncontrolled document in which H.A.G. is not responsible for the member’s claims.
1.0.6: Members retain the right to leave the guild. Leaving the guild in a situation judged out of Good Will by the Arch Scrivener is subject to section 3 or the 0.0.2. or 0.0.3.
Jobs 2.0.0.
2.0.1: All formal jobs must be submitted by a H.A.G. Job Request From. The form will be reviewed by the Arch Scrivener & / or designated Clerk(s).
2.0.1: Emergency Jobs and open road requests are not subject to immediate Clerk review but are subject to Good Will and Section 3.
2.0.2: All Official jobs are to be taxed a membership fee to support guild activity.
2.0.2.1: At the Arch Scrivener’s discretion, this tax may be waved.
2.0.3: Jobs may be defined as Bad Will at the Arch Scrivener’s discretion.
2.0.3.1: Jobs determined to be Bad Will may be denied refund and may be abandoned without enacting section 3.
2.0.4: There are many types of jobs. Customers or members filling out the forms, should attempt to fill them out to their best of their ability. The Good Will policy will be applied to this yet it is subject to price modifiers as listed on the official H.A.G. Job Request Form. All other jobs are subject to 2.0.4. at the Arch Scrivener’s discretion.
2.0.4.1: Should a customer prove Bad Will by discretion of the party at hand’s party leader or by the discretion of a Level 5 or above, a customer may be barred from requesting a job. Refer to chain of command to determine the rescinding of such a barring.
2.0.5: Though 0.0.3. may be considered for job completion, if the job has not requested a time frame and paid an insurance deposit, their complaints towards extended completion times will be null and void.
2.0.5.1: The exception to time miss management will be subject to Good Will at the Arch Scrivener’s discretion. The Guild Master may also refer to section 3 to act as the Arch Scrivener in this regard.
2.0.6: Member’s who abandon jobs without Good Will are subject to section 3 and out of pocket expenses.
2.0.7: It is guild protocol that members do not break Haenseni law and refer to jurisdiction of the state when possible.
2.0.7.1: Members who do not respect 2.0.7 without Good Will shall not be representative of H.A.G. for all legal purposes at the Arch Scrivener’s discretion.

Hierarchy and Discipline 3.0.0. Version 1.3
As Per amend 1.3, The Guild Master and Arch Scrivener may make all decisions with the Arch Scrivener outranking the Guild Master clerically and the Guild Master retaining Veto powers. All other discretions are to be made by letter to the scriveners for review.

3.0.1: Members shall follow the chain of command my Level rank with seniority outranking the newer members.
3.0.2: Members shall be allowed to join together into Party groups.
3.0.2.1: All single members are considered to be in a Party of 1 member.
3.0.2.2: Parties with conflicting monikers may refer to the Arch Scrivener to decide who will keep the name.
3.0.3: Members of a Party shall share job reward money equally unless discussed prior by the party with unanimous acceptance.
3.0.3.1: The Party Leader will decide item loot distribution within the Party.
3.0.3.2: The Party must report all non-official pay to the Arch Scrivener for potential guild taxation.
3.0.3.3: All Emergency Jobs are not subject to unannounced guild item tax.
3.0.3.4: All rewards given to acting members are done so at a Party Leader’s discretion.
3.0.4: In the case of a mixed Party, the Acting Leader of all Parties will assume command regardless of rank. If a unanimous decision on a leader cannot be determined, follow rank guidelines.
3.0.5: Members shall refer to 2.0.7. & 0.0.3. for legal concerns yet may discuss and gain approval from the Guild Master for approvals at the Guild Master’s responsibility for actions under Good Will.
3.0.6: Members shall refer to Rank structure when able at the subject of Good Will. Divisions share no divisional authority across to other divisional activity.
3.0.6.1: When rank is equal, refer to seniority.
3.0.6.2: Acting ranks only serv as the lowest level of seniority.
3.0.7: The following are representative powers for members under the Rank system. Not following the structure at risk of life and under Haeseni law may be subject to judicial punishment as well as clerical business punishment as if on Haeseni state land regardless of relative position.
3.0.8: Rank List and description.
· 0 Level Intern: Held for 3 years and may be terminated by any Level 3 member or above at any point.
· 1 Level Member: Standard member without authority or specialization.
· 2 Level Specialized: This member holds no authority but is skilled in one or more specializations.
· 3 Level Party Leader: These members may form parties and hold authority. Though a member may be a Party Leader, they may only achieve official Level 3 appointment at the approval of a Level 5 member or higher. Party Leaders have the authority to discipline their party members while following 2.0.7. & 0.0.3.
· 4 Level Advanced Specialized: These members excel in their field and may report to a level 3 Party Leader. These members often work within a division and are a benchmark of adventuring. A Level 4 may be an Acting Party Leader, retaining Level 4 rank authority as well as that from a Party Leader.
· 5 Level Division Leader: This member holds authority within a division and is often skilled within the field.
· 6 Level Guild Master: Holds authority over all divisions and may make decisions as an Acting Scrivener. The Guild Master has the authority to make a Veto decision based on Good Will.
· 7 Level Arch Scrivener: Is responsible for paperwork and clerical guild duties. Though they hold authority over the Guild Master, it is to be respected that the Guild Master manages duties and may adjudicate company issues to the Arch Scrivener.
· It is expected that Level 5 and above as well as Level 3 in some situations are able to make disciplinary decisions in accordance with Section 3.
Company Formalities 4.0.0.
4.0.1: The guild colours are Orange, White & Gold.
4.0.2: The guild mascot is an ugly Hag.
4.0.3: When a Guild Master is sworn in, the guild will have a party will food and dine where everyone should wear their ugliest clothing. The guild master will judge the ugliest outfit to win 1 tax free job coupon.
4.0.4: The Arch Scrivener may make amendments to the protocol as needed.

Haense Guild Proposal
Alad Vel’Telos Celia’thilln shall formally request to open an Adventuring Guild in Haense.
Operations:
-The business will take on adventuring jobs as per their Good Will policy.
-The business will take on rumors and other emergency jobs, paying stricter attention to any payments made to ensure that the state sponsor is paid correctly.
-Requested jobs may include but are not limited to, monster hunting, rare resource gathering, bodyguarding, merchant escorting, fetch quests, expertise advisory, ruin & dungeon delving, exploration, land recovery, supplementary requests from the HRA and state, emergency response quests, expertise services.
-Customers may request a job at a message board or through a HAG (Haense Adventuring Guild) representative. After the job is logged, it may be requested for a specific HAG party to complete or for it to become a general job.
-Members may take on leads or rumors as jobs while following the companies Good Will policy.
-Members are expected to obey Haeseni law at all time and must receive job authorization for force by the Haense state.
-During an emergency quest, members are expected to follow the law and allow HRA to have priority to the encounter. While following Haeseni law, members may assist with the emergency as directed by HRA.
-The HAG will employ divisions to readily respond to jobs. A hierarchy of internally regulated policies will ensure order.
-Members will be allowed to form into groups of workers known as parties that will be monitored to ensure efficiency
-HAG will respond to employees’ actions misrepresenting the Haense State by clerical means only. Enforcement of the Haeseni law, the return of company property or the injuring of a HAG member will be reported to the HRA for their jurisdiction.
-Members will apply to the guild by giving a HAG application resume to a HAG office for review.
-An Arch Scrivener will manage the guilds clerical role while a Guild Master will be hired to manage overall operations of the business.
-Department managers and party leaders will be given some control as listed in the company protocols yet must follow Haeseni law with impunity.
-The company will retain company protocols that do not interfere with the Haense state. The state of Haense will retain the power to dissolve HAG. The state will also be able to collect any records maintained by HAG.

A secondary document without procedural code began to get drafted, with protocols moving internally yet for review.
