Arokoris was born in a small shack on the edge of the forest, leading a comfortable life, he spent most of his days playing in the treetops with his wood elf friends, as he has no other siblings to play with. Arokoris was named after stories of a mage who despite being very powerful, was killed by a shapeshifter, and although Arokoris would love to take after this hero, his village strictly prohibits the use of any magic, so he has no prior knowledge of any use of magic. One day his mother died and forced to support his family he began working in the markets of his home town. His mother's death caused him to take on a burden as he is the only child, and as such much carry on the family name, as his mother didn't have any other children due to the curse on his species, that of infertility. located in the distant forested regions of Ceru in Axios. Helping out wherever he could, he made a decent amount through bounty hunting and other of his many professions to buy a full basic adventures gear, and much extra for his father. But before leaving to start his new life, he and some friends snuck into a library, after fooling around his friends left without him, locking the door behind them, probably jealous of his new life. Feeling confused and betrayed, Arokoris began wandering around this library, taking a peaceful breath in and drawing one of the many dusty books out, flipping to a random page, there lay a map, so intrigued by this he began to read more and more, finding all the information on this supposedly distant land of Arcas.
Waking in a pile of strewn books and maps, with a stern librarian leering over him, he knew where he would go. Waving off to his father he set out to this new land by horse drawn carriage, in the year 1620, backpack full of all that he would need and a mind full of ideas, leaves us to the present, as he stares up at the city in wait to enter.
