He was born outside of a tavern in a dumpster, upon his birth he immediately got hit on the head by a trash bag as a barmaid was taking care of the trash. this is what led to his raving neuroticism. Steve grew up in Suitica on Arcas and literally survived off of trash and thus had a bond to it unlike most people. His family life involved quite a bit of looting and trash raiding to provide for them. when he reached the age of 8 he learned how to kill and gather diseased rats from the sewers to feed his family. one day a man in a raven cloak appeared and taught him a better way of living. he was explained the basic concept of money which he preferred to keep to himself as the shiny made his brain feel good. then one day his home was burnt down in a great fire. he fled across the sea to Almaris in a fish barrel. when he arrived he set a goal of amassing as much filth and wealth as possible
