Tadhg (Tige)- Irish for 'Poet' or 'Bard'. Iscaire (ee-sk-ih-reh)- Irish for fisherman. He is a highlander born into the trade of fishing having been teached by his father since the age of 5. He lived a relatively normal life with plenty of food and a warm bed regardless of his families lack of wealth. When not fishing with father off the Judi coast, he had many good friends that would go on great imaginary adventures when the sun decided to shine. The other 90% of the time when it was rainy and dark they played inside breaking furniture to their parents dismay. His sister, 18 at the time, was sent of to find a husband in a far off land, Tadhg was 11. Unfortunately, the family had no way of receiving news of her status and had to really on Tadhg coming of age and seeking her out. His situation changed for the worst when he was around the age of 12 when his parent both took ill with a respiratory infections and died only three months later. He left his home in Judi by ship only to get thrown harshly to the shores of a new land. Tadhg barley survived with broken bones and lacerations which he was able to patch up himself with a bit of sail and a stint made of splinters that came from ship wreckage. He spent the next 6 years of his life surviving in isolation of fish and a small shack made from what was left of the ship which got dragged back into the sea and sank for good in another storm. With no one to give him company, his mind often slipped into a fantasy land. He became slightly skitsophranic and made jokes to himself as well as talking to the trees or fish he caught. As the years passed he developed stronger and stronger cravings for companionship. On his 18th birthday Cerridwen Goddess of light came to Tedhg in a dream. She appeared in a light green silk dress with dark green lacing that resembled leaves and said unto him "you have lamented in anguish and solitude for long enough my child. You have a great destiny ahead of you. A light builds deep in your soul and you must help me bring peace to those who need it most. Now go into the world and shine your light on the darkness that encroaches on our world." After awakening from the Goddesses vision he decided once and for all to go out and explore to surrounding lands like the adventures with his friends as a kid, but this time he realized the stakes where much higher. Maybe, one day, he can find his sister again. No one knows what fate lies ahead for Tedhg save for the Green Lady who set his journey in motion.
