His people derived from an offshoot of Highlanders lead by a strong warrior, Falk, and his close allies. They roamed across the land and settled down, loosely, on it for generations to come building in numbers. Mut was born on a storming night in his family's longhouse, by the time he was three he had already lost his mother what his father told him were slavers who took her away in a fiery village raid. His father was strict on him, trying to make him a worthy swordsman for the battlefield to someday go out and earn his piece for his people. But Mut didn't want that because the elder of the village told him that he knew his mother would not want her only son to be fodder to war. The rumour got back to his father and he was furious, slaying the village elder before Mut, as he wanted Mut to take his place and one day bring their clan to worthiness. His training became much more harder.
A few years had passed Mut was turning of age to join the rest of the men among the battlefield, his Father trained Mut to be the strongest, the fastest, the smartest, and toughest in the use of his sword. One night on Muts 14th birthday he was out hunting with other clan members and a fire started back home, it was a raid. they had heard the his Father was planning an attack so they struck first burning the village to the ground and leaving no one alive even killing his father in cold blood.
Mut now roams the land with what remains of his clan taking part in small wars and making their way. He still trains tough as his father raised him, eager to become the best on the battlefield wielding a sword. His has vowed to himself never again to let him and his crew be attacked and raided again as he walks his path towards a dream he is yet to see.
