My apologies! I mentioned it in the last paragraph of the description of Kharajyr, but failed to make it more prominent in the aesthetic choice.

Do'Zulu will be Kha'Tigrasi, which is why I described their size based on Tigrasi specifically.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

The Kharajyr (commonly called Kha') are a species of anthropomorphic felines that were created by the Daemon, Metzli - The Daemon of Time. Metzli created the Kha through a desire to have something of her own to call her children on a continent known as Khalenwyr long ago. (She did this by kidnapping small children and mixing them with native Ocelots of the island she had taken them to. This took many years of trial and error, but eventually resulted in "a new breed of perfection." This exact process isn't widely known.) The Kha were a zealous people, devout to their creator and ruled by a single leader, distinguished by their white fur - The Tlatlanni (Emperor). The Ancient Kha had very strict cultural ways and religious laws, some of which persist to this day, though the modern Kha tends to choose their own path, though the knowledge of their racial past is a huge part of their lives and spiritual self.

The Kha are a fallen race, and they know that their God is dead. This is generally attributed to The Lunar Pilgrimage: A time when a majority of Kha tend to take a journey back to their homeland of Khalenwyr to seek answers and read the documents and remnants from the original temples. Upon return (and the start of a new RP character not born of 2 existing Kha Personas) they have a deep knowledge of their race's past and the awareness that Metzli is dead. (Though they don't necessarily know what exactly happened.)

There are four main types of Kharajyr: Pantera, Cheetrah, Leparda, and Tigrasi. (I previously played a Pantera, and was one of the leaders of the Mitzuul Grove.) This time I will be playing a Tigrasi: the largest of the Kha, generally the warriors. They can grow up to 7' and can be anywhere from 150 to 250 pounds. They are strong, but not are not able to match the strength of a full-grown orc.

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look?

Whereas my previous Kha was a lithe black Pantera, Do'Zulu will be a large Tigrasi, much more rooted in the history of Kharajyr and having come from the wilds. I plan to explore loss with this guy, and therefore he will doubt himself and his raw abilities as he rejoins the Kharajyr of Almaris.

He will be 7', 225 lbs. Kha’Tigrasi. Dusty orange with greenish blue eyes. He'll wear more traditional Kharajyr garments (based on Aztek/Nahuatl clothing), having grown up among other Kharajyr.

  3. Xo'Tletl dove off of the ship Eos into the warm, murky waters of the swamp before popping back up to look back at his comrades and friends to make sure they were following with the previously prepared molotovs. The mission was clear: sneak around the enemy camp and climb the nearby trees to gain the highground and wait for the signal. They were going to save the captured Troll Boss from the undead swampies and their giant crabs. The Kharajyr and their molotovs were to be the distraction.

The party was small and moved quickly in the night. The Kharajyr were naturally stealthy and they had previously scouted this path. Xo'Tletl watched as Rankhar and S'Qineli took their positions before he directed Za'Xuih, his best friend, towards the tree closest to the crabs. "Be careful," he whispered as he began to climb his own tree, focusing on his connection to the void.

    So far so good.

The signal came and the Kharajyr hit their marks, letting molotovs fly and scattering the undead troops. The crabs were appropriately distracted, but only momentarily as things took a turn for the worse. Xo'Tletl heard growls behind him as a patrol flanked the Kharajyr and approached his tree. He swore and quickly redirected, throwing a fireball to the base of the tree and promptly scattering his attackers, though that did not last nearly long enough as his tree was set ablaze. A determined monster jumped onto the tree after him as he heard Xuih cry out. The nearest crab had taken pursuit, and the young Cheetrah was losing ground.

Xo'Tletl swore and made to dive out of the tree but his foot slipped and he fell to the ground, the wind knocked out of him. The flames burnt at his feet through the armor as he sat in a daze. Xuih went flying with a pained cry some distance behind him and he scrambled backwards, now running on adrenaline. "RETREAT!" He called. "Help this one with Xuih!" He limped towards his friend's broken body, the crab and the armies advancing as S'Qineli and Rankhar struggled with their own aggressors. Time seemed to slow as Xo'Tletl bent over to lift Za'Xuih over his shoulder. With the added weight and his injuries, he could only limp forward as the haze of burning bodies around him caused him to cough and his eyes to water.

Forward. Forward he pushed. He could see allies at the bottom of the hill. He had to make it. He would not leave his friend behind.

Pain racked his shoulder as arrows began to fly, causing Xo'Tletl to fall forward, tumbling down the mountain side with Xuih and landing in a tangle further down the hillside. Crying, he forced himself to move, now resorting to weakly dragging his friend's limp body behind him. "HELP! PLEASE HELP!" He cried in vain, tears streaming down his face as the relentless crab quickly closed the distance. Too late, Xo'Tletl looked up to see the growing shadow as the crab's claw came down on his body with a sickening CRUNCH, knocking him further down as his body came to rest and he moved no longer.

The horde continued past his corpse, relentless in their advances and hell-bent on the rest of the descendants on the Expedition.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

The musin are a small, mouse-like race that has lived on Almaris for many years in a tower-like construction. Though they have been recently forced to relocate due to crumbling infrastructure.

The musin originated from the Ratiki, born as runts and enslaved, forced to work in mines and essentially as slaves. Their namesake, Musin the Brave, led a revolt against the Ratiki soldiers and while the battle was lost, it succeeded in allowing enough time for a large population of Musin to escape and resulted in the death of a Ratiki soldier, distracting the Ratiki to infighting as the Musin escaped.

The musin that escaped eventually found their way to Almaris through discovery of a boat and various technical advancements, where they eventually encountered a being called The Giant, who also resented the Ratiki. Through their interactions, the Musin cleaned themselves, learned to speak common, and changed their ways to become the anti-ratiki in many ways as they strove to impress The Giant, who eventually shared his story before departing.

The Musin are a small, inquisitive, and obsessively clean. They also have thieving tendencies, not necessariliy out of bad intent, but because they understand things differently--they're small and there's a lot to go around, if it's not being used then why let it go to waste?

Musin are very weak and cannot see well in broad daylight. They are also considered lesser souls so cannot use most magics. Regardless, the lore is very fun and the community building around it is already very tight knit and I'm excited to participate in its growth!

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look?

Sprocket is a small grey musin with tufty eyebrows and markings on his nose that look like a small mustache. I'm wanting to explore a character with failed aspirations: a bit of an inventor (tech lock abiding) that has all of these ideas but is never able to get things to work. Or the inventions are useless, unhelpful. He's a fan of colorful clothing, frequently opting to keep adding patches even when not necessary. A bit of a grump, but a good guy. Not the brightest Musin in Almaris.

(Though they don't necessarily know what exactly happened.)

So'Tletl will return to Almaris, fresh from his Lunar Pilgrimage. Having been a somewhat rebellious youth despite having 2 upstanding citizens as parents, he eventually felt the draw to his homeland to learn of his racial past. So'Tletl and his parents are Kha'Pantera - one of the four main variants of Kharajyr. Kha'Pantera have jet-black fur which aids them with stealth for hunting. They are generally lithe and made good hunters and missionaries due to their natural abilities, though they stand out in broad daylight.

    So'Tletl's parents are:

Father: Dra'Mati - Ometrist (Kha version of a Chiropractor)

Mother: Ji'Yect - Artisinal Rug Weaver, specializing in traditional Kha designs. (Based on Aztek and Nahuatl cultures.)

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look?

So'Tletl is Kha'Pantera, and features black fur with overtones of silvery blue when seen in full sunlight. He's a lithe 6', 175 lbs. He's a sort of roguish fellow, leaning into his natural abilities as a mercenary. Being a rebellious child, he found himself thriving in the world through shady mercenary work, just as likely to help as scam potential clients. He usually wears leather armor, but incorporates his mother's patterns and designs (initially out of reluctance but eventual embracing of his culture) into his armor and a bluish scarf he wears around his neck. He has bright blue eyes, though he's not quite as smart as he thinks he is. He's been recently humbled by his Lunar Pilgimage, and is looking to reconnect with those of his race. He's heard of a new settlement near Urguan with fellow Kha, and wants to see what it's all about.
