Nikimaren grew up in Haelun'or, never really got along with anybody else. He was pestered by another elf boy, whom he eventually befriended. Unfortunately, when Nikimaren was 16, this elf boy passed away (cause of death tbd) and Nikimaren almost entirely closed himself up, refusing to form ties with anyone near him. He kept up appearances, being generally charismatic when needed, but refused to truly be friendly. Nikimaren left his parents almost as soon as he was able, trying to be independent, trying to get over his fear of getting close to people.
