I was born in the city of Varhelm. my mother Kari Elric and my father Bjorn Ragnarsson were happily in love somehow, my mother raised me with such care, while my father who was not there for most of my life was out working to earn minas to help my mother look after me. I was an only child which is quite lucky because as I look back now my mother would not of been able to look after me and any siblings I had, My education was a fair one i was taught the history of Varhelm. how to use a bow, and whenever my father was home he would teach me sword skills granted im still no good at them but thats why i long for adventure so i can work on my skills.
i was not the most social of boys i only really had one true friend Ragnar Thornskel he was a scrawny little man we would always get up to mischief going around annoying the other towns folk or always getting into fights with the other kids. but all the came to an end when Ragnars family moved to Karosgrad when we were 17, so for 2 years it was just me and my mother waiting for my father to come home but that one fateful day it must of been written in the stars as we got word of my father dying of a heart attack a week before my the 20th year since i was born, that was the day i decided to become an adventurer.
so came the day oh the 20th year since i was born and i was ready to go, i prayed to the all father that he would protect me and my mother while i was gone and so i set off to the docks to sail the vast ocean on my fathers boat with my sword, bow and various other items, and im thinking to myself "goodbye Varhelm my 20 year adventure with you was a joyous one and hello new life i wonder what adventures we will have" it was a couple days before it hit land at this city filled with life, as i stepped off the boat i was greeted by a man and from that point my adventure began
