The story of Rolf Waterford begins in a quaint village, set upon a grassy plateau, deep in the heart of middle earth. His father was a Warrior, and his mother a House maid. Rolf had one brother growing up, named Vector. Vector, by the age of 17 had become a feared Marauder, and often took his brother (Rolf) along with him on his perilous campaigns against the people. From the young age of 13, Rolf had experienced things that no child should. From torture, to constant battle Rolf had seen (and done) it all. One dark night, Vector was leading Rolf and a group of other shady individuals towards a small dwarven kingdom, when they were attacked by a horde of undead. Rolf was the only one to escape, as his brother nobly sacrificed himself for Rolf. As Rolf continued to grow he found himself working in unskilled labor, often his pension being spent on alcohol, and other substances to escape his own mind. By the age of 20, Rolf found himself Penniless, and decided that he would start walking thus being reborn from a bumbling drunk, to a bumbling drunk explorer. Through his perilous trials and tribulations, Rolf experienced the world and all it had to offer. Often times watching battles form afar, or climbing the tallest peaks imaginable. Rolf became somewhat of a legend among the locals back in his home, and he would often visit in his drunken state, only to be thrown out after a few nights. In the present, Rolf still likes to travel but has resorted to being a brawler, and he can fight with the best of them.
