Percy was born as a completely Pure-blooded High Elf in the Principality of Celia'nor. Although he was proud of his bloodline and would choose not to tarnish it he also felt as though it didn't truly define him. As he grew older he took to many fields even if he didn't necessarily want to. As an only child although his family put a lot of pressure on him he was mostly allowed to do what he wanted as long as it was in the name of progress. Though he never grew large muscles and stayed slender he was still quite strong. He learned the art of the sword and dagger to protect himself if need be or for more dubious activities. He was required to train in archery and becoming an novice expert but did not become a master of it. Though in truth he preferred to spend his time in silence reading various books even if it was for study. Due to his liking for books he traveled to the Eternal Library of Haelun'or where he met a young maiden by the name of Mae. Although she was not of pure-blood they were connected through their shared love of literature. Though their talks were brief if was enough for them to become friends and Percy told her he lived in Celia'nor. Percy returned home from his trip before celebrating his twenty-fifth birthday.
