Thogir was born in Kal'Varoth. His family has a long tradition of smiths and since young age he helped his father, Thorig, around the forge. He had many siblings but most of them perished in young age. Only two remains to this day: Thofir, his older brother, and Thorial, his younger sister. Yemekar blessed his family with the ability to bend metals to their will, but not with many children. It has been a long time since he last saw his last remaining siblings, but he hopes they fend well for themselves. He didn't have many friends as a child, but he gained respect as a smith while growing up, even tho he has long road ahead to become a renowned one. When he reached the age of 30, he set foot on the road to learn new techniques and explore the world. He traveled from village to village, working as a traveling smith to earn something to eat. When he was 40 years old he took on an important smithing contract for a local noble, but to fulfill it he had to climb up a mountain and recover a precious mineral. During the climbing he lost all his provisions and sprained his ankle. He had to fight to survive and he gravely injured his left arm. It was able to heal, but without proper medication it was left forever impaired. He was saved some months later, from a passing party that was looking to slay a beast in the same area. He returned home and it took him several years to get used to his scarred body and the fact that he would probably have to give up smithing. This situation spiralled into a deep depression, from wich Thogir recovered when his family helped him with reabilitation. They started from the basics, re-learning every techniques and adapting the tools to his scarred arm. Thogir never fully recovered, but he's decided to never give up again on his dreams. Thogir is now on the road again, looking for new experiences and adventure, bringing with him some of the tools his father gifted him.
