Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Though originally the Ratiki, the Musin are the descendants of the runts of their litters. Unlike the aforementioned, they harbor appearances of docile house-mice compared to the scurffy, rat-like figures of the Ratiki. Musins are small, fluffy mice-like creatures. Much smaller than their Ratiki ancestors, ranging from 1'8-2'6, making them the shortest of all races. They seldom live past 70, and reach maturity at 12. Due to their small nature, they are extremely weak, though fast in nature, making it much harder to land a hit on a Musin during a fight. The Musins are much cleaner than their Ratiki ancestors, compulsively cleaning themselves as a calming activity. Musin live in cities that bear no architecturally stable buildings, built from stolen objects that feed into the need to steal. Though, to Musins, stealing is not seen as what they partake in. Simply... reusing. The one the Musins call 'The Giant' helped the Musins gain the ability to become a proper race, extending their lives and reducing their litters. The Musin's culture is one of being pacifistic and ignorant to the horror of the outside world. Much of their culture is based of the tales told by The Giant. Due to the thieving nature of their Ratiki ancestors, they have instincts to use/steal items that aren't theirs; at best they may simply recycle, at worst, they may pull off heists. The common personality of a Musin is subservient and polite to those they see as civilized.

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look? 

The Teeny Tiny musin stands at a mere 1'8, they resemble the fallen war hero known as butter to a extreme degree, but above their left eye, there is a white patch of fur. They wear very aristocratic clothes, being surprisingly "fancy" for such a creature, though to finish his outfit he wears fishnet stockings.

Winter is a very small and thin musin, standing at a mere 1'9. their fur is not very fluffy, their fur being a uniform brown colour. their eyes are black and beedy. the musin wears a plain black "suit" made out of stolen fabric, the suit has a very "rustic" look to it, due to it simply being pieces of stolen fabric loosely sewn together. a small vaguely tie shaped piece of multicoloured fabric finishes the outfit.
