Jassim was born in the Fakhr Oasis to Qalasheen parents hailing from the Fakhr tribe, at the young age of Four, the now young man would come to know the greatest pain he'd ever felt, the loss of his father, Mansur Bin Majed, who'd been murdered by a guest whilst offering them something to drink, a practice considered sacred amongst their people, and so this loss set into Jassim's heart a great distrust of all those he'd deem "foreigners". Though Jassim would eventually manage to process the loss, his mother could not, she would never be the same, the bright smile she was known for would now come to be a constant frown, even at the happiest of occasions, it was at this time that he was taken in by his Uncle, Hakim, where he was raised alongside his cousins, Azzam, Hatim, Zahra and Awra. As the years flew by and Jassim had reached his early teenage years, he would go on constant hunts with Azzam, coming to see him as an older brother of sorts, together they would hunt the wild desert foxes that scurried about the sands, these years spent riding in the open deserts, coupled with his personal experiences and the stories he'd hear of his grandfather's fight against the Inferi hordes, would led the young man to decide his future lay in the Emirate's guardforce, where he could work to ensure his kin were protected at all costs.
