Arthur was born in As a young child, Arthur was beaten by his father, a cruel, merciless man who drank on all days of the week and took his anger out on his first and only born. His mother was caring, and Arthur loved her dearly. Unfortunately, when travelling far away from her husband to the island of Tahn, she died of disease on the scrawny fishing boat which was all she could afford. Arthur left his father at the age of 17, and grew up on his own, finding meals when he could, and pickpocketing the wealthy whom he believed had not worked hard enough for what they had. He was, and still is, quite socially awkward, meaning he has made no memorable friends in his entire life. When adventuring on his own Arthur was robbed and beaten to the core. He quickly blamed it on the Kingdom of Thales, and has made it his lifes journey to inflict revenge upon the leaders of the nation, who he believes their lack of guards caused him to have a life lasting trauma.
