Why have you decided to apply for the Moderation Team?

I have been a Rule nerd forever, I love knowing and learning the rules, to enforce them or to help people understand them. I would say that being a police cadet has advanced my ability in rule following aswell as rule enforcing by a bit. The main skills I can apply to Moderation Team would be my knowledge of rules, my ability to enforce them, and my de-escalation skills that I have gained as a result of the police academy. I am also one of very few members on at lotc's dead hours, I have seen many members online but not active, people cannot do illegal rp (theft/break-ins) or get answers to any rule questions without moderation team on, as such I believe that with a member of Moderation Team online during these hours would allow more staff availability as well as player retention during all hours instead of just the Peak Activity times.

What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?

I agree with the vast majority of the rules on Lotc as of right now, as well as the current punishment systems for the rules. Much of the community however relies on staff availability which there is almost none of during dead hours, these are however my active hours as they start in about 1 hour and I recently woke up. Things I would like to change within Lotc would be primarily knowledge of the rules, as well as more access to staff related help during hours that staff is physically not present or active. 

What are your best & worst qualities?

My best qualities are I finish anything I start, no bias, I am in the process of becoming a sworn law enforcement officer, and I have a very good knowledge of the current rules (any that I may not know I will by the time this application is reviewed)

My worst qualities are that I am very poor at keeping a sleep schedule consistently, as well as lacking sense of time, I also struggle with boredom, and lack of self motivation without being told or asked to do something.

If there is a rule you disagree with— which one is it, and why?

As of right now I agree with every rule I can think of, the rules are in place for a reason and I believe that all of them serve a purpose and do so efficiently with the current rulebook.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Ologs are a subrace of the Orcish family, otherwise called Ogres. Their appearance varies, their complexions can be varieties of blues, greens, and reds and sometimes even gray or black! Their hair is generally shaved so it will not be an obstacle during fight, yet the color of hair is frequently dark, hued red with blood. Their eye colors range from dark, brown, and hazel. The intellect of the Ologs is lacking some would say, they depend on their Orc brethren for even the most simplist things such as food and shelter, however their absence of basic reasoning is made up by their brute strength and huge form. Another quality that relates to the Ologs is their unstoppable hunger. They will in a real sense eat anything, they even have contests to see who can eat the hardest things, though their digestive system is very tough, allowing them to survive eating outrageous things. They can weigh anywhere between 600lbs to 1000lbs, though this comes with several health issues such as heart problems and low energy and slow running speed only maxing out at 8mphs, with large statures that can reach up to 10ft and the shortest being around 8 feet tall. Ologs are regularly utilized in fights, and because of this most Ologs don't age many years. In their way of life it is shameful to die of normal causes, like old age or disease, so the Ologs would kick the bucket joyfully unleashing ruin in a war.

Why have you decided to apply for the Moderation Team?

I have decided to apply for the Moderation Team because I see a lot of people who don't use the rules properly, or people who ignore them entirely and I understand that I will not stop it but I would like to at  least help with the issue. When I had first joined people would break rules and tell me it was how the server was and it simply wasn't true, I wish to at least try to spread positivity and truth about the server and its rules! (I have also applied before 

What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?

I would also like to change the new player bullying, I fell victim to this and it was very difficult to learn about the server when everyone is not used to you being a new player. 

What are your best & worst qualities?

My best Qualities are that I'm outgoing, compassionate, nice, and I am capable of explaining things without being complicated.

My worst Qualities are that I'm Annoyed when people don't listen, I can easily be frustrated by somebody who is purposefully ignoring me and/or the rules, and finally I can be easy to make retreat due to me not wanting to be (annoying or rude)

I have always wanted to change the Combat Rules, in my opinion they can be unfair in some situations, whether it be making someone overpowered or making someone underpowered, Combat always finds a way to push one person ahead of the other Unfairly.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Ologs are one of the biggest of the creatures in the realm, Their mental capacity is very small. they are normally between eight feet and ten feet in height. Their eye colors very from yellow, brown and even red. They possess black and brown hair but are most commonly bald. They normally sit around eating or sleeping due to their laziness. Their lifespans are quite short only living to about a hundred due to wounds or fightsey normally weigh in at five-hundred to a thousand pounds. They are not very gramatically correct. They have zero impulse control making them try to eat anything if hungry enough, they also test their strength by eating objects such as swords, knives, or other.. objects.
