From a young age, as far back as she can remember she had vivid memories of her parents. Though since she was so young, she had no idea what had happened to her true family. Who did not accept us and our ways. This left her orphaned and alone, wandering on through the forest until a stranger, a nice young couple spotted her. She was taken in by them and given a loving, caring home. However, the village the couple had lived in did not accept elfs or any other race/species. She had to hide her identify from others for as long as she known. Throughout her teenage years she has many friends, experiencing the things in life. Swimming in the river with friends, sitting around a fire laughing, causing some mischief and having boy problems. Although on her (so everyone thought) 19th birthday, (actually 51st). She made the grave mistake of telling her closest friend, someone who she thought she could trust. That night she was awoken to be thrown out of her bed and dragged down the stairs by two men. As she was thrown out the door the whole village gathered, yelling vial things, threating and putting her down. She could see her caretakers, no, her family, in the doorway holding each other, crying to one another, and that was the last she saw of them. She was grabbed and beaten, being punished for only what she was. They blamed her for things, threw things, threatened her. Though as soon as she felt the grip of the man loosen just the tiniest bit, she used all her energy to break away and run. Run as far as she could, through the trees, through the mud. Until at last she stumbled upon a place where she was welcomed. Hesitant at first, she made friends. Made a home there. Became one of the best-knowing bowmakers and archers there. She wanted to be something there, make something of herself. To not be afraid and be proud of who she was. And from there, that's where she started. A new beginning.
