When I was born I had a peaceful and calm childhood, being raised in a large, noble palace named "Steadbergh Palace". I was always told that violence was never the answer and that revenge is only temporary, and I followed these beliefs throughout I whole childhood, being very sweet and kind to strangers, maybe a little too kind... people used me for their personal gain and I never even batted an eye. In my later teen years my life began to go downhill... very very quicky. The palace was stormed and overtaken by an army of humans, slaying many innocent elves during their overtaking. My family and I fled and escaped to a very small village called Goldenpeach Glade. there were few wooden huts and many hobbit holes, as the village consisted of Halflings and fellow survivors. I stayed put in this village for 2 more years, making me 18 at the time, until my father suddenly went missing. We searched with the other village members to no avail. After a few months My mother and I received and letter by the village mailman. My mother read it and her face went pale, her mouth gaping, until she saw me. Of course, I questioned her about it, and she was lying, saying it was just a community feast. She knew how gullible I was, but didn't trick me this time. I knew she was lying, I saw her face! I ran over and grabbed the letter, scanning it quickly. "To Akira Reneir and her mother, Lucibelle Reneir: You are summoned to the Cathedral of Fools, as the execution of Algar Cornous, the Husband and Father of Akira and Lucibelle. You are expected when the clock strikes Midday on Tuesday, the 13th of September." I fell to the ground in shock, tears already welling in my eyes. "Those bastards! Those civilian slaying bastards!" My mother attempted to comfort me but nothing could make me feel better. I loved my father. Two weeks later, my Mother and I arrive at the Cathedral, wearing large black cloaks to hide our identity. We are greeted to the sight of my father strapped to a large wooden pole, with 4 Human archers infront. The crowd counts from 5 to zero. When the countdown reaches zero the archers immediately begin slinging arrows into my fathers chest. I hear my mother exclaim in pure horror and I couldn't stop watching my fathers lifeless corpse be riddled with arrows. I cry but I make no sound. Suddenly, my mother begins sprinting out of the Cathedral, and I follow. So, cut to today. A somewhat broken archer-in-training fuelled by both vengeance and friendship. I will get revenge for what those human scum did to my father.
