Lilian White was one of six daughters of Eric and Bess White; simple farmers living several miles outside of Providence in the kingdom of Oren. It was always expected that Lilian (along with each of her sisters) would marry a local farmer boy and continue to work the land. When she was young, Lilian got lost in the city of Providence and found her way to the market where she was fascinated by the brightly colored garments of the traveling merchants, as well as their piles of gold. She overheard stories of a much broader world, filled with both danger and treasures. Even from the early age, Lilian felt the call of the unknown. So she taught herself to read, she taught herself to use the sword often practicing with her sister Bella. Finally, she feels ready to set off into the world to form a life for herself; to gain wealth, fame, and power.
