At the age of five he got a dog from his father who was a hunter and a fisher. His mother died when he was young due to a wanted killer who robbed his home in the night. When his father was called by the king of Santegia to fight in the battle for castell blackjack or at this time max was sent to live with his aunt and uncle. He took his dog with him to keep him company. He and his uncle went fishing a lot one time he brought his dog with him. When they were fishing on the shore they saw something big in the water and his dog jumped in to attack it sadly the dog was eaten. at 15 his father was killed in the battle of castell. His uncle grew ill and he needed to do something to help him. Tax was getting to great so blackjack started to steal money to pay for it. he joined a group of bandits to get more loot. he earned the name Blackjack because he became great at gambling. He later found out that his uncle died of his illness. He left money to his aunt and went to look for something to do. Armed with a hatchet he went after a bounty. At 23 he caught his first bounty. this is how he found his calling. he is still catching bounty's to this day.
