Amelot grew up in the capitol of The Silver State of Haelun’or (Karinah’siol), with a large family as the eldest of 6. Her parents always had high expectations of her that she just couldn't reach. She was terrible at archery and couldn't make a sword for the life of her, but she was a brilliant strategist and was excellent when using smaller weapons such as daggers. But, because of her families traditions of using the sword and bow, her skills weren't considered usefull. Slowly her family shifted their focus to her brother, making her feel like she had failed them. So she vowed to get better than any elf before her. She was never good at reading people, and her parents still cared deeply for her, but she didn't understand that. When Amelot was 17 her brother was sent to the frontlines without her, making her feel even worse. So she ran, hoping that she might find someone out there to teach her or a place where she could teach herself. Leaving her family behind until she deemed herself strong enough to bring honor to her family and ancestors.

She often tried to tell her family this, but every time she did she would be faced backlash. So she choose to keep quiet, not just about this, but everything for fear of their anger. She kept her head down and continued trying her hardest. Her parents started prioritizing her brother making her feel forgotten. So, when she turned 17 she left her home, vowing that she would become strong enough to be worthy of her family name, and their love.
