Dennis was born in to a Wood Elven family, in the crown of Elvendom, the son of two guards and the older sibling of a sister and brother. He spend his childhood and teenage life playing and watching over his younger siblings, often stepping between the them to stop fights and arguments, but not just between them to stop the fights he stops the fights, Dennis would also stop the arguing between their other friends, that was something that the other kids would make fun of, which made Dennis's younger brother and sister feel embarrassed and ashamed of. One day, as Dennis was sitting in the library reading about the Atlas Coalition War of the year 1657-1662, his brother ran in the library, telling him that their sister got into a fight with the other kids. As soon as he heard, he rushed out, a bucket of water fell on top of him, It turned out to be a prank set by the other kids and his siblings. This first occurrence started Dennis to feel mistrust. As the years went by he joined the Guards just like his parents did.
When on patrol outside of Elvendom his squad that he was part of got attacked by another one, that had betrayed them. Dennis to survive, had to run after his squad was killed. He reached the Domain of Vortice where he stayed there in hiding. After a few months of hiding there he decided that it was time to find out more of what this realm had to bring him.
