Meraki was born/lived on the edges of Elvenesse. her mother had her at the early ages of 46 (because of fear she would never have a child) along with her mothers fear, she never went to school and was instead homeschool. Her mom had such a big fear of not having a kid that when she had Meraki she wasn't sure who the father was, and was okay raising her on her own. Meraki was sometimes behind the average level for her grade but through her moms home schooling had a bigger love for gardening, cooking, cleaning and adventures. (though she was always at risk of burring her food) when ever her mom forgot about schooling she would run over to some near by kids and ask them what they did in school; this became a known fact across the kids in her grade level to where they would bring her extra homework and she would in turn give them some food she was practicing making. most never questioned it since they had a big garden and the other found her "meh" to "okay and sometimes "awesome!". this continued until a tavern had came to town and it didn't mind feeding some kids with its amazing food. she still got the homework but didn't get the appreciation of her food anymore. this "anger"/ petty-ness continue throughout her life that it drove her to learn to cook better, faster and more. she had her mom taste test for her until she was connived to let her make her own tavern and move out.
