Hrothmir

Hrothmir was found as an orphan outside the Norlandic kingdom, taken into the homes of some of the common people. There, he was taught how to fight and hunt, providing for his adopted family and learning much of what he does now. He is unfamiliar to many of the other kingdoms, only hearing stories of Oren's power and the beauty of Haelun'or. As a child he never had friends, instead he busied himself with honing his skills. When he was of age, he joined the warrior forces of his kingdom, doing anything in his power to quell the enemies of his land. He knows of the religion of the Red Faith, but does not follow it as closely as those around him. His morals involve righting any wrong done unto him or others, but not at the cost of the lives of those he cares for. This belief causes him to go against his commander's orders on several occasions to protect the lives of his fellow troops. While in the kingdom's forces, he had gotten acquainted with many of those he fought alongside, but had to say goodbye to all of them as they collapse in his arms. The death of his friends made him furiously unpredictable in combat and dangerous to both friend and foe on the battlefield. This has caused him to be rejected from his Norlandic army, and he finds himself in the woods, wandering the lands to find a place where he can truly be himself. He is not quick to trust anyone, and will move cautiously if told where he needs to go. Hrothmir hopes to settle down outside of the reign of any kingdom and live peacefully with the friends he has made on his travels, but should the time come, he will raise his sword against those who threaten the peace of the land.
