Born in a coven in the mountains outside of The Kingdom of Norland Crowley Cornaro was born. Crowley's mother was no one special just an ordinary elf servant to a covens head family. His father on the other hand was head of a family that had prided its self on the art of bringing ones life to its end. Crowley's had and older brother Brann who was around 4 Years old at his birth, as the two brothers grew up they had a distant relationship always fighting for fathers approval. Brann was an remarkable scholar and fighter but his body could never keep up with him, to much of his fathers disappointment as the way things where heading he could not entrust the family to someone as weak as his eldest. Crowley who had never bested Brann in academics or fighting would end up the next family's head. Crowley who had grown up distanced from others due to one small detail, one that had made his brother distant, his father despise him, and his mother cry for him. For he was the bastard of his father David Cornaro. Though out most of his life up to his fourteenth birthday he had spent viewed as a child that didn't deserve the ground it walked on nor the air it breathed, if not for the heads wish's he would have met his end long ago. With David pushing harsher training on Crowley both in academics and fighting. As for Brann with his father and mentor giving up on him for the bastard child that could not best him in his current condition it sent him on a negative spiral that left him isolated to his chamber. As for Crowley with all of his fathers wish crushing the boy that was to forge him into the man he deemed that Brann should of been. All he had to comfort him was his mother and here stories of a wonderful land known as Haelun'or and the beauties of its land. Though head saw the boy mother as a wall that needed removed for his progress. So after Crowley's training had come to its end for the day he went to his mothers quarters to find nothing but an empty room and her neckless hidden in the corner in a crack in the wall. With the loss of his he focus solely on his training to distract him from the grim realty that stood before him. A month later Brann had completely left the coven not that anyone had cared to stop him in his current state. After four long hard years of training all that was left of Crowley was a Shadow of Brann never becoming what David had expected but he knew with his had he had no choice but to make Crowley the family's next head. The day had come Crowley Surrounded by those who despise him, loath him, now watched has he would be made the one to protect them. Crowley fully knowing this couldn't help but feel the slightest bit of happiness knowing that even after all of it he still deep down cared for those here. Though it was not to last as with Crowley being made the family head Brann enters the main chamber with a twisted look in his eyes. David Shouts his name demanding to know why he has returned now of all times. Brann clapping and walking towards David he asks "what happens next?" David beyond fuming prepares to says something, then Brann who is right in David dace pulls a dagger stabs his father in the throat then kicks him off the stage. Brann then whistles loudly, then 4 armed men come in and start picking off the covens members. Crowley who lays on the ground frozen, paralyzed with fear the fear that his brother did not return but a monster. a few members mange to kill two of the men but Brann finishes of the rest of them. As he goes to speak with his men he congratulates them on the job well done and says "At least you can say you went out with a bang!" then stranglers them both. "So Crowley man you really didn't improve in 4 years really brother?" Crowley lays there as if his bone were made of stone can't even utter a word. "Well this has been a fun evening but I have other thing to do so happy eighteenth buddy" as Brann says that his nose starts bleeding and he starts coughing faintly. Brann Walks out of the coven just as he did all those years ago with no to stop him once again. Crowley after Brann leaves the Coven passes out for a day. He awakens to see that the nightmare was all to real and with his hate for how weak he was after all those year he for the first time leaves the confines of the covens lair. With him he takes the brown cloak his father worn with the covens crest as its pin and set forth into the world for answers.
