The girl grew up an only child, with no friends. She was a baker's daughter, her mother dead, dying in childbirth at the very bakery she grew up in. She was homeschooled for the most part, her father bringing home books for her to read. She often read of the Amaethea War finding quite an interest in it. At 16, her father was killed in a fight with a drunk, at which the girl escaped. She left her home of King of Norland. She has been on the run for 2 years attempting to find her place in the world. She hopes to honor her father's name and find her place in the world.
