Ravaryn Stout knew both of his parents, he grew up in a comfortable household as a single child out in the countryside of Providence. When he was of age, he enlisted himself into the local militia to defend his village from small gangs of bandits as well as raiding dwarves during wartime. Though life in his village had begun to turn dull, he began to grow an interest in the outside world beyond it. Later gaining the blessings of his parents, he was equipped with the bare essentials as well as the family sword. With it, he stumbled into the capital of the Empire doing small jobs as a mercenary, later purchasing a set of armor. Later after hearing of the far away land of Haense, he would set off from Providence with the goal of reaching it to the snowy kingdom.
