Terath was born in a merchant kingdom with his sister chloe. They never knew their parents and had to scavenge to survive. A man known only as the sage took them in and trained them under his own philosophy within a jungle cavern. When chloe realised the sages goals could only be described as destruction she left in the dead of night, the sage took his rage out on terath causing him to get severe burns on his face. This caused terath to slit the throat of the sage in the night. He came across other outsiders and decided to form an organisation following the philosophy of the sage, and if he can to find his sister and be with his family once more. However, little does terath know but the sage was a rogue cultist of the black surge and his comrades seek to end terath for his transgressions.
