What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Paladinism

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Paladinism is a three slot deific magic bestowed onto descendants by the aengul Xan. Paladins utilize mists to combat various threats to descendant-kind, capable of dealing damage to darkspawn and dracanoids. To be connected to the magic, an aspiring initiate must first be before a chancery, and undergo a process to be endowed with the mists of Xan by a senior knight with a valid TA.

Every spell in Paladinism utilizes mists, which serve as a paladin's casting and connection tells. They can be in gold, silver, or green, and in the case of Keepers, sapphire like Xan's own. When a paladin chooses a subtype, their mists either become radiant for a Vindicator, or lightning-like crackling in the case of Wyrmstalkers. To cast the magic, the paladin must use Embers to channel their mists. These act as the magic's mana system, with paladins facing various detriments as their embers fall below half their threshold. At tier one, the paladin would gain 4 embers, gradually increasing until they reach tier five.

Voidal magic is the antithesis of Paladinism, with the two being antithetical to each other. In the face of voidal horrors, the effect of Xan's mists on their wielder would muffle, and would prove detrimental against any defensive constructs of Paladinism.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

At tier three, a paladin would have to undergo another trial to determine whether they become a Wyrmstalker or Vindicator, both subtypes of the magic. And to ascend to tier five, the paladin would be given another set of trials to become a Seeker.

[Base spells available include: Xannic Fervour, Mist Healing, Xannic Armaments, Sunlit Salvo, and Lion's Roar.]

Vindicators are defensive oriented front-liners, who bear a multitude of defensive or support-based spells. They gain abilities to raise walls of xannic mists, or mantle the abilities of Apostles of eld.
[Vindicator spells: Guardian's Bullwark, Vindication, Marian's Refuge, Arknight's Rally, and Vindicator's mantle.]

In lieu to the former, Wyrmstalkers are offensive, with many of their abilities restricted to a range. However, they are not solely limited to offense, and are capable of performing feats of speed to escape the attacks of their foes, or inscribe runes onto the ground to trap them.
[Wyrmstalker Spells: Henryk's Binding, Stalker's Step, Sunlit Volley, Daybreak Spear, and Sunlight Spear.]

Paladins are also capable of banishing various enchantments, ailments, or curses of dark origin. These extend to even the curse of corcitura, and Azdromoth's mark.

When they reach tiers three and four, paladins are capable of creating various enchantments with Sacred Artifcery. This entails the use of a lightstone to channel their mists into, which then allows the wielder to harness the latent power within. These powers can be replications of various spells, or minor enchantments inspired by the feats of various figures in the magic's history.

Also at tier three, with a teacher's guidance, they may also dedicate another slot to paladinism to gain access to Sunwells and their associated sacraments. This is the ritualistic portion of the magic, allowing multiple paladins to concetrate their efforts to conduct various rituals.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    [T3 - Stalker's Step]

[!] In preparation to escape from the looming threat's spell, Myriil funneled crackling, aural mists to his sabatons, that same hue weeping from his once cerulean gaze.

[!] Evildoer let loose a flamethrower of malflame at Myriil, screaming with misguided zeal at the elf.

[!] Emboldened by the power of the aengul of Order, Myriil shifted and dashed back with great speed, just barely avoiding the torrent of hellfire spawned by Evildoer. He paced a few more steps with ragged breath, drawing to a halt with sweat beading down his visage. Evidently, such an ability took a toll on the knight.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

    [T2 - Xannic Armaments]

[!] "Whilst your embers are. . .limited, you should be able to bring them forth? Control them?" Did Myriil query, halting in the empty room. "If you can, then do so, grasp at them, pull them out into mists."

[!] For moments of time, nothing changed about STUDENT, evidently concentrating hard to do so. Yet, he manifested his own mists; ones of a viridian hue.

[!] "Good, good." The elder murmured with a nod, a finger soon raising, and wagging to the weapon on STUDENT's back. "Now, you may condense them. At your state, you can only recreate the weapon you're most familiar with. Try to do so."

[!] STUDENT nodded in return, with the emerald mists shifting at his hands. Once more did he concentrate, 'till a vague shape of an axe began to appear.

[!] "Keep going." Instructed the elf with a brief smile, watching on.

[!] And finally, the pillar took shape, a poleaxe conjured within the grasp of STUDENT. "Like this?" He quired, grinning.

[!] "Ti, like that. " Myriil commended with another nod of affirmation, hands briefly pressing against each other in a clap.

If it's an honest mistake, I'd reach out to them and see what they did wrong, and try to correct them. However, if such is repeated more times, and/or with malicious intent, I'd notify ST about dropping them.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Naztherak

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Naztherak is a dark, pseudo-deific magic that revolves around pacts with the Zar’rokul, a set of five patrons that offer their power to descendants. Initially, it takes [2] slots, yet with additional pacts, it can go up to [4]. When one is first connected to the magic, they are granted a ‘brand’, which protects the user from their own malflame. It slowly grows across each tier, eventually enveloping most of a naztherak’s body. Too, they must pick a malice, which warps their personalities with a variety of mental defects. To cast any of naztherak’s spells, a prince must make and use a grimoire, which serves to house most things they learn. Each spell requires maleus to cast, which is the magic’s form of mana.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

At its base, Naztherak are granted malflame and demonology. Malflame conjuration revolves around the manipulation of malflame, to be projected in various forms with incantations of ilzakarn. Malflame itself bears no heat, and must make direct contact with a soul-bearing entity to affect them. It is painful, and sears against the soul like a hot iron.

Demonology focuses on the binding and commanding of inferi, which bear three subtypes of themselves; Zevn, Zekul, and Zar’ei. Zevn are the lowest life form of the hells, and are formed from small creatures such as sprites, and may be either NPCs or CAs.. Zekul are beasts, capable of being summoned in the midst of combat, ranging anywhere from a dog to bear. Lastly there are Zar’ei, which are CA-locked. These are the most similar to descendants, bearing the same intellect and stature as them. They are capable of various degrees of malflame control, with three distinctive subtypes: Rakaal, Malda, and Kozun.

At tiers 3 and 4, a naztherak may further devote their soul in the form of pacting, being granted various boons in exchange for such. These are Nizarhuk and Narthruzka. Nizarhuk grants the naztherak Boons and Banes, and their patron’s malice. With Narthruzka, the naztherak is capable of imbuing their malflame with the effects of their malice, and is able to create cursed objects, which are also imbued with a malice, warping the holder’s personality akin to one.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    [T2 - Vhiit]

Ylyndar sauntered back from NPC. pulling forth a scroll free from his belt. From it did pale light seep, flesh besmirching into an ebon-tint, the brands 'neath his robes shimmering with unhallow light.

[!] Smouldering pupils searched the various words, settling unto one incantation in particular. Foul intonements were whispered from the elf's maw, with sparks of cerulean crackling at Ylyndar's fingertips, running up the length of his brand.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

    [T1 - Shackle]

"Your grimoire, get it out." Spat Ylyndar to [STUDENT] with a motion to a nearby table, head motioning towards the quill and vial set onto it - rakir held within. "Krimut. A simple incantation, it is used to bind lesser inferi to yourself." A branded palm rose, and one of the elf's fingers wagged towards a nearby cage, an imp trapped inside.

[STUDENT] nodded, and wrote such down onto his own grimoire quickly, the first letters of ilzakarn coming down onto the papyrus naturally.

"Now, try it." The elf beckoned, gaze beset onto the cage, and then to [STUDENT].

[!] With the word now written, [STUDENT] too spared a glance to the zevn, looking onto it with pity. "Krimut." He echoed, with his flesh sagging - horn-like nubs parting from his cranium. The brand at his palm smouldered, with a chain beginning to coalesce.

[!] Meanwhile, the cage's door opened, the imp waddling, and later fluttering out. It was malnourished and exhausted, starving, fixating onto the remnant rakir held within the used vial.

[!] With the imp's attention elsewhere, the chains within [STUDENT]'s palm soared forth, ensnaring the exhausted zevn, bound with ease.

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Alchemy

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

    GRS69OEcOZd0GlV2-yQ356Ri-rRd2uVU-NnjXN6ashNrtDRsRbi3IGVdmd1DoSS2SPkzvBp2K5NGqWt37pp3IAJwZX-6vHc_djjffRv6GY-0W0O2RakTfgRIHgNLeLoZK_WAoc6drvJm2geqTBp4tF8

Alchemy is the practice of studying the material world, and using its alphabet to construct various concoctions and the like. To create anything with alchemy, one must first gather and study various reagents, the most common, and key ones being herbs. It is with these that an alchemist is capable of researching, and later extracting various signs and symbols, melding them into potions, powders, and more. Unlike most magics and some feats, alchemy only bears three tiers, with the third reached [2] OOC months after the acceptance of one's FA.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

At its base, alchemy bears three subtypes. These include: Signs & Symbols, Mixing, and Extraction. And once an alchemist reaches t3, they may, with a teacher, apply for further alchemical feats like Animatii or Tawkin.

Signs & Symbols are the bread and butter of alchemy, a sort of 'periodic table' for an alchemist to use. As stated in the above section, it is with these that an alchemist may mix and brew them into various concoctions ranging from potions to powders. Signs are split between five elements, which include: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Aether. Paired with these are symbols, always attached to them.

With mixing, an alchemist may, with extracted symbols, craft them into various things. Usually, most concoctions require a base, such as water, but it is not always necessary. Too, some individual potions may have their own processes, like a blasting potion.

    Lastly is Extraction, which takes signs and symbols from a reagent, for further use. Extraction has six subtypes, five of them mirroring their respective sign, with the last being mundane. Each subtype has their own method, and these include;

Earth: Which requires an alchemist to crush and grind a reagent, place it into a mortar and pestle with a half-ratio of salt equivalent to the reagent's quantity, and then grind it into a powder. After that, the powder must be placed onto a sieve, which would leave the alchemist with the extracted symbols.
Water: The reagent must first be soaked within distilled water, then it must be crushed and grinded into a thick mush, to later be poured onto a plate- the mush dissolving, leaving the alchemist with the extracted symbols.
Fire: The alchemist must dehydrate the reagent, crush it into a sawdust-like powder, and then light it on fire. After it has been reduced to ash, the alchemist may pluck the symbols from it.
Air: Akin to the fire method, the alchemist must dry the reagent and grind it down into a powder. Then, the powder must be placed within a compartment, to be blown onto with bellows. With that, the alchemist can take the symbols from it.
Mundane/Aether: Two similar processes, the reagent must be shredded, then grounded down with a mortar and pestle (with an aurum pestle for aether), and saturated with aqua vitae (with an aurum ladle for aether). Lastly, the concoction must be boiled until only powder remains, which allows for the alchemist to gather the symbols needed.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    T3 - Blasting Potion

[!] In those cobbled streets did the alchemist briskly pace, hand creeping down to draw a flask. Morikazu's gaze was set forth, to a nearby door- forged of iron!
[!] The potion swayed in the air, the gas within roiling in anticipation. His head reeled back for a brief moment, to make sure there were no onlookers.
[!] Up did his hand go, flinging the potion thusly towards that door. Boom! | The glass shattered, and a hammer-like blow was sent towards the door's handle!

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

    Mundane Extraction

"Yoh, [STUDENT]. You brought the herb, hai? Good. You will learn how to extract today, at least in part." Spoke the man, setting the herb onto a nearby table.
"This can be used to extract symbols from herbs- ones that you dont want touched by a sign, or aether ones." Morikazu imparted, pulling a mortar and pestle near. Another pestle was brought over, one forged out of aurum.
"First, you must break it up, and then crush it with a pestle. Use one of aurum to get aether symbols." With such, he tore it into various pieces, letting them fall into the mortar. Thud! | The pestle crushed down onto them, grinding it down. "After that, you must pour some aqua vitae into it, and then let it boil." The alchemist's hand shifted, motioning for [STUDENT] to grab a nearby bottle of aqua vitae.
It poured down, melding with the crushed herbs. Morikazu hoisted it o'er a nearby fire, letting it boil 'till naught but powder was left. "Now, you can sift through it to get the symbols you need."

                                                             The light of Order sundered, its knight slain;

                                                       Remember, with thine feeble minds;

               THE GOAT SHALL COME

    - An Afflicted’s lifespan is increased by a maximum of 100 years. Etc, a Human who lives to 100 can live to 200, and so forth. This, however, does not apply to Elves or otherwise long-lived races. Additionally, It also does not alter the physical and mental degradation that afflicts them with age, namely infertility after 500, and mental decay after 800-900.

great lore, though would this circumvent or be nullified by Blood Magic's lifespan reduction?
