Guthak was born into obscurity on the outskirts of Uzg with his Immediately family, Elders & extended family. They lived by meager means gathering whatever resources they could for Trade back in the Uzg Capital, their days being spent cleaning/expanding their homes along with refining their methods of work. The majority of their trade goods included whatever raw meats/animals they could gather from the near Surface along with Timber, Stone & Ore's/Gem's they happened across underground.
Guthak was trained just like his father before him in the basics of Masonry, Architecture & Underground foraging.. Foraging meaning Fishing or squeezing whatever Metals/Gems he could of out of the worn cavern walls. He was never content with this kind of life though, his experiences of going to Uzg with his elders and trading away what goods they could find for Food or Comforts showed him there was far more in the World to experience from everything including Spices/Foods to People/Arts.
There isn't much to say besides that his family was of insignificance to the greater world and its happenings. He's eager to experience more of it instead of just existing, at home, with his family.
