Jeffantis' earliest memories were of the hunts his father took him on. He was born and raised in Elvenese, and has never venture far beyond the borders of his homeland. From a young age he learned to stalk and hunt his prey, and the importance of what a successful hunt can do; providing for his family and his people. Being the eldest of his 2 other siblings, El'santha, his sister, and Urris, his brother, he felt a responsibility to watch over them and be a role-model. In his teens he met Geraldahn, a clumsy, overconfident, charismatic young elf. They were best friends growing up; they worked together on hunts, played wingman chasing after women, laughed and cried together...until Geraldahn left. Jeffantis was always a curious individual. He'd leave in a heartbeat if it wasn't for his family. But Geraldahn took the call for adventure to another level. He visited Jeffantis one day, bursting with pride and energy, and explained that he was finally leaving home. The excitement radiated off of him...and for Jeffantis it was bittersweet. This was everything Geraldahn ever wanted; not wanting to hold his friend back, they promised to write each other monthly, so their friendship wouldn't fade. But fade it did. Eventually the letters stopped coming...and Jeffantis grew worried about what potentially grim fate his friend had met. With his own curiosities about the world stronger than ever, and a drive to find his old friend, he said a sorrowful goodbye to his family and left his homeland. Eager to explore and discover what awaits him, he set off to start a new life, a new adventure. He set off to find Geraldahn.
