Trel'is was born amongst a small family of Dark elves, fishermen and sailors, they grew up almost as much in the water as they did out of it, if not more. At moderate youth, past physical maturity but still young for an elf, Trel'is began to understand the world in a different light, modeling their mentality after the predators of the sea they had grown alongside, and feared. This new light of life was one of at its gore, hunger, a thirst to become better, to evolve. Self modification followed, intense mantra, reflection, and even attempting to break themself to test their advancements towards their goal of perfection. With this new take, fear soon fell away, shrouded by an arrogant drive to become the perfect creature. This desire was kept secret and alienated from their ancestral beliefs and their familial bonds, they never stopped looking to the past for guidance, or reverence, but the future was one that revered only one thing, and that was themself. By the age of seven decades, Trel'is had split from their home, moving to journey the world in search of abilities, knowledge and powers to further grow and refine themself into the ever changing idea of perfection they held in their mind, the next eighteen years were filled with worldly experiences, this journey began turly, in Providence, the human empire and its capital nation were the best place they decided to get a sense for the other races of man more intimately, in both their powers and flaws, but the most important thing within the city they found were libraries, there they began learning of other cultures, races, history, not to any expert extent, but enough to exist within the societies of others that would permit them.
