Hevlar was born in Celia'nor. He grew up in a family to a lone father. His mother died of a unknown reason his father refused to share. A lot of discipline was expected, and his father put strict rules in place, and didn't hesitate to punish him for breaking them. Hevlar was an only child, but had quite a lot of friends. He, and most of his friends, was very dedicated to martial arts, especially swordplay. He, his friends, and his close community consisted of Dark Elves only, and they had a mild dislike of High Elves, given their history of oppression.
His father became ill in Hevlar's teens and after some years, he died when Hevlar was 23. This changed him a lot. He became more closed off, more cold. He started to lose contact with his friends. He was still obsessed with swordplay though, and continued to improve his capabilities, but without much purpose. In his adulthood he has up to this day worked as a skilled mercenary, purely for the money, without any greater political motivation.
