A strong young lad from the mountains was born. I have worked as an apprentice to my father all of my life. It was honorable work that calls for a keen eye and strong hand without distractions. I was but a boy when my father apprenticed me in his forge to be the best craftsman all around making axes, pickaxes and tools for all the village people. He was a stern taskmaster, but he taught me well over the six years I worked for him. By the time I was a journeyman, around 16 I was fully capable of running the forge by myself. A few weeks after turning the age of 16 my father set out to his demise. The war of the Wigs had started, and my father took up arms as he did not support Emperor Phillip II's reign just like many other dwarves, little did I know that was the last I would see my father. When the injured returned home I did not see my father among them and knew I must continue his forge on my own. After the coming years the other dwarves started leaving the cave and I felt it might be time I must leave as well. My good friend Feldir convinced me to move out and see the world, so that is what I must do.
