You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Example: Slightly surprised at being spoken to, slightly believing that the town was abandoned, i look at the seat before i sit down. "Hello there miss, my name is Malsy, and I've come here as a travelling merchant, to sell my wares and bring possible products to other regions. Travelling alone can be quite dangerous, so im thankful my father taught me some basic with weapons before he died from an attack as a guard. That was 11 years ago..." i say getting silent a bit thinking back to my father as i look at the emerald medallion attached to my belt he had given me all those years ago "my mother wasn't there, she died a few years after i was born, my father never said how and seemed upset when i asked so i never dug too deep. So since i wasn't quite an adult yet i went to live with my father's older brother. I didn't know much of him, as when i was young he was an adventurer till he became a merchant, using his acquaintances to set it up. While with him, I learned the trades, the value of a good smile, kindness and obviously the value of money. So that is how i go now, i have just started going around so I don't have much product yet but if you have any to sell or something you need, just let me know and I'm your man." I say with a smile as i place my hand out for a handshake.
