I really hope this gets passed, i used to use orbit to lift injured people (outside of combat) as means of a stretcher and it sucks that I just have to rp dragging them now. I dont think ive ever seen orbit abused and it makes sense that the weight distribution is what they could carry cause it gets spread out upon them. 

I agree with the moon path as well because sun path is a clear winner and moon path is REALLY cool. But its lacking I think the update allowing it to work as auric oil would give it a needed boost to bring things up to the same level while keeping it very different.

As far as condensing goes, I miss the wall thing, considering kani users cant use heavy armor and the like it would really help moon pathers. Perhaps if doing it impromptu bothers st perhaps it could be something like a build up , 1x1 for one emote, but a second emote could raise it to 2x1

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

         Kani

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Kani is a breathing technique that enhances a monks soul blueprint, allowing them to displace environmental mana through a force called Resonance which can result in a number of amazing feats. To be able to do this a character needs to have unimpeded breathing ability and obviously, requires lungs. This technique is most effective with liquids which allow this energy to flow through easier than something of a higher density, which is why Kani is incompatible with items with anything of an iron density or more. Dark CA's are traditionally incompatible and  It is also incapable of being used with other magics at the same time, needing an emote period between in order to successfully cast. 

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

Passive Resonance: This state is a minor form of using environmental mana to enhance ones soul blueprint and can use certain abilities in a non combat situation. Such as using orbit, friction, hardening and condensing. The monk can choose what tell they use for this connection as long as it is reasonable.

Aggressive Resonance: This state requires more time to connect to, the aura of the environment will become plainly visible for the monk rather than a  tell, and can access their passive abilities in combat spare for orbit, which depend on the path they are connected too.

A path can be changed by a monk meditating under the moon and can only be changed once an OOC month.

Sun Path: Those who study the Sun Path tend to be energetic and blunt, their abilities being more adaptive in close combat imitating a frontman warrior, or tank with abilities like kinetic strike, which allows one to hit like a warhammer or iron body that gives them armor like skin on certain parts of their bodies for a period of time. They can also delay their strikes through delayed inertia and bypass material with penetrative inertia. 

Moon Path: Those who study the Moon Path tend to be calmer and calculating. This path's abilities are geared towards defending and disabling against magical enemies, their abilities giving them the ability to see and interact with mana through a third eye, to dispel mana through abjuring strike, to disrupt the flow of mana in a person barring them from connecting through etheric pulse, and can increase their dexterity through feather form to help them survive in close combat having no real armor ability aside for harden, which can raise their clothing to a hard rubber like consistency. 

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

The monk took in a deep breath, exhaling slowly, and repeated this rhythmic meditative process, as chaotic flickers of gold would drift from their figure as the environmental mana was pulled towards them, beginning to burn away.

They remained focused with that distinct breathing pattern, keeping their distance as they circled their foe. Soon, the gold flickering from their form would thicken into sparks that would crackle against one another.

Finally, they entered their trance, golden flecks circled their form as those sparks would occasionally lash outwards towards the other flecks of light. Keeping their breaths burningly deep they began to advance.

The aura would suddenly pull to their fist, seeping within it as it began to glow . . . Raising their hand they struck downwards with a closed hammerfist towards their foes collarbone, should it connect - a loud resounding boom would echo through the area, striking with the force of a warhammer.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

[i] After a long ride on horseback the two arrived under a towering tree which swayed in the wind. Droplets of water would rain down from the previous storm as pink petals fluttered, dancing in falling spirals, littering the dark forest floor with a colorful blanket. The glistening, and slippery bark was a pale, pinkish-grey which complimented and added a pastel contrast. The monk would gesture towards it. "Your task is to climb to the top and to retrieve a branch from its peak." They would state to their student.

The student initially responded in confidence however, they tried, and tried yet was only met with failure. The trunk too wide, too slick - wet from rainfall. Eventually, they would try to use what they knew and began to slowly breath . . . The monk patiently waited for their student to mediate themselves.

[i] After, their student had connected, the monk spoke up. "Today you're going to try something new. I'd like you to envision in your minds eye that environmental aura going to your feet, and the ground you treat upon. Envision your whole body as a singular muscle, tensing. It is possible to increase how much grip and friction you have on the world. Loosening that metaphorical muscle will make yourself, more slippery. Think of it almost as like you are smoothing out or increasing the imperfections of your body, tools or clothing" The monk educated, beginning their slow rhythmic breathing themselves.

While their student continued their new attempts. The monk would finish their connection [after 3 emotes].

[i] Regardless of the success or failure of the student, they would follow after as golden flecks crackled under their feet, steam would expel as the smell of ozone lofted through the air as the environmental mana was burned away. Envisioning such themselves, step by step they'd begin to walk up the overarching Hagenki tree, their feet sticking to the wet trunk of the tree like attached to a tough velcro. At times, even stood completely horizontal glancing back to their student to check on their progress. Upon reaching the top, they would sit down on the desired branch and observe. Chiming words of advice and encouragement as the student attempted the difficult task. 

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

 If someone powergames then they should be spoken to off to the side OOCLY and reminded of the proper procedure. I would ask them if there was a misunderstanding and if there was then I would correct them with another lesson on the topic at hand ICLY to ensure they are taught properly. I would wait to continue to teach them, and watch them to see if it persists, and if it does persist then I would contact ST and drop them as a student.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

A klone is an alchemical backup body that can host the soul of the creator that it is aligned to that takes 5-6 weeks. Upon death the soul will transfer into the alchemical body and takes 1 OOC week for the soul to fully adjust to its new body, the first ooc day suffering intensive nausea and disorientation. Ones with swiftness added have a higher chance of mutation needing to roll out of 2, without swiftness 4 and then 20 is rolled to determine the severities. A klone can host up to 2 greater mutations in regards to tawkins mutations, and only 3 grown bodies can exist at a time not including the one they are in.
