  1. Name: Ellipsism Affiliation: Oathsworn of House Rovare Relevant Titles or Aliases: N/A
  2. Background/Origin Ellipsism looks up at the morning sun after scaling the mountain. He soaked up the sunlight and prayed. As he prayed, for safety for himself and his country, the sunlight got warmer and warmer, and the nicks and bruises from the climbing slowly evaporated on his skin. In his repeated labors he undertook for his kingdom, his determination had been repaid by the divine. Giving him the power to cure minor wounds and eliminate naturally occurring poisons from substances. Magic Explanation This spell is majorly based off of the DnD paladin class feature "Lay on Hands" As said above, lay on hands is a minor blessing given by divine intervention to individuals who's desire to protect is incredibly strong. It offers them the ability to heal minor non lethal but damaging wounds, and eliminate non magical poisons from no more than 3lbs of food per day. Abilities/Spells Lay on Hands - Cure Your hands glow a golden yellow as you reconstruct minor amounts of life force around a creature. The Player must be emoting one hand on their chest, and another hand on the area they are healing. Meaning nothing can be wielded during the casting. A target effected by this magic heals minor nicks and scrapes. This will do the opposite to Undead, damaging their life essence. Lay on Hands - Poison Nullification Your hands hover over a small amount of food, uttering a blessing of health. The Player must be emoting both hands splayed over the food, with their gloves off. Meaning nothing can be wielded during the casting. Food targeted by this magic will be eliminated of any non magical poisons. This will not effect ANY magical poisons. Red Lines A caster who takes this spell must be of pure heart, and believe that what they are fighting for is a noble cause. Tier Progression Purpose (OOC) I believe that the DnD setting works very well with a lot of aspects of LotC and would like to try to start transcribing some of those effects in myself, as Im sure some have already done. I am sure that there are others bringing in DnD aspects as well, but I would like to think that I bring some decently good spins on them with my tiers, so hopefully you all agree too! Thank you!

You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) I kneel on the cushion, nod my head and close my eyes. "My name is Ellipsism, I have dreams of starting my own order of Holy Knights, not bound to any particular god, but bound by oath to the faith of the people..." "My life has been relatively normal, I grew up as the son of a carpenter in a modestly sized town. My father is a good and honest man, albeit a tired man, My mother is an archivist at our town archives. But, as you probably know, Oracle, I wanted more. I want to be an honorable knight of the people, that empowers himself through their faith, and I want to recruit others to join me, but first, I must become a knight of prestige to be able to stand on my own without the need for jurisdiction from a Lord or King." "So I must ask, Old Oracle, Why, have you been expecting me?"
