You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) "Um, actually I think I'd prefer to stand...Can't be too careful in neighborhoods like this." I nervously fidget with the handle of my sword. "What brings me here is money mostly. I'm a bit of a nomad and that kind of lifestyle can be quite unstable. I'm looking to find a place I can settle and call my own, I'm just passing through here and figured I could pick up some work along the way. I can assure you I have a good work ethic. I'm actually a builder by trade, perhaps this town could use some renovation, maybe then it wouldn't look so dead." I give an awkward smile.
