You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?))
Gertrude giggles. "Oh, just a wandering goblin in search of coin! I have several wares... talisman of speed... Ooh! This pair of goggles lets you see in the dark! Interested? Only 5 [coin]."
"The pledge of our family is a powerful one! Quality items, quality prices. A sword for y- hmm... maybe not..." *They say, looking at the hags frame. "How about a new hat! Stylish, no?" *They suggest, pulling out a tophat.* "Perfect wares, perfect coin, perfect life!" *They spread out a few more items, like a very obviously damaged shovel, a jug, and a few arrows.* "Take your pick! Discount for a first time customer!" *They flash a signature saleswoman smile.*
