Ar-Malna grinned looking at the paper Bug handed her. 

"Damn right! That tavern is my pride and joy!"

She set the paper down, going to the kitchen to prepare another sweetberry-lemon pie to be sold.

Upon hearing the news from her sister, she felt like she was about to cry from relief. Malna did not know Sermi, did not speak with her... but she knew what she did to her sister, her ukhti. That terrified her, unraveling the perfect life she tried to build, only for her to build it again.

Dear Bakers and Foodies alike!

My name is Ar-Malna, a tavern owner from Kaethul. I have come to write these missives to call upon lovers of sweets and bakers! I have decided to open my tavern for cooking lessons as well as a place to come and enjoy sweet treats! I am not one for writing, so it will be short. [Hiiiii, this is my first ever post for like, an actual event or something here. I'm super nervous about it! I hope it looks ok!!]

Artem looked down at the paper with curiosity..... in his mind he kept saying his father was out there, but it seemed this paper showed him what he feared most. He looked out at Balian, the fields, the flowers, the streets...

".... If I have lost papej, then I'll stay where he once was." he decided, setting the paper down, and crossing out Godunov from his journals, from his belongings. 

"Now I'm Artem... the name they gave me."

Ar-Malna looked through the missive, anxiety running through her. She and her husband had come to Ravenswood to have a quiet life... and now this was happening? 

"Why... I fight against the Harrower with Norland and Kaethul.. now the place Godwin finally found a house in is under attack!? What is going to happen to my house!"

Ar-Malna sat down, looking at the paper with a sigh. She had given all her money to try and keep conflict from arising. But hey, she still has tavern customers. She gets up, going back to cooking up some goods for the bar. 

"Sometimes things happen, I'm just glad I did ne have to clean up blood."

An elven tavern owner ponders if she should buy some as an import for her tavern....

"These mummies do know we... blew them up in my tavern right? I'm still cleaning out parts of him" Ar-Malna sighed 

Ar-Malna had adored Poppiya's dresses. As soon as she had first come to Balian she stared into the window of the shop, eyes sparkling at the beautiful dresses. She never bought one, too nervous to do so. When she had disappeared Malna almost cried seeing the shop close down, but also because she knew Anatoliy, knew his pain. When she came back she was overjoyed..... but she never saw her dresses, jewelry, and all of the beautiful things she saw from Poppiya she didn't see again. She didn't know how to feel. All she did know was that Anatoliy would need help.

Artem Godunov sat in his room, not understanding where his mamej had gone. Perhaps he did not want to. At 8 there are some things you don't understand, death being one. He simply thought Mamej was off picking flowers, she's coming back. But she didn't. So Artem sat by the door of their house in Balian, a small bottle of tea in hand that he bought as his first gift... "Mamej, Ea got vy some tea.. Ea hope it helps."

Iolas, you nervous boy. This is amazing.

A short wood elf read through the missive, a sigh coming from her. 

"T-time to tr-ain m-more." 

Malna picked up a bag, her partially scarred face in a frown as she walked off. Who knew to where.

"Whatever you give I am sure they will like. Either way, I'll look into some suggestions just in case." She stated simply.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Musin closely resemble upright mice of the mus musculus variety, with several human-like features. Their heads and bodies are covered in fur, with significantly less hair appearing around the hands, feet, and tails. Musin heads resemble the head of a mouse. Unlike their cousins the Ratiki, their noses are pointed and less blunt, their tails are thin, their bodies are more slender and their ears are far larger, proportionally. The height of a Musin ranges from 1’8” (or 50 cm) to 2’6 (or 77 cm). Their tails are as long as they are tall, give or take 3 inches. Healthy Musin weigh anywhere from 20 to 30 pounds. Their eyes can be three colors: Red, pink, or black. The whites of their eyes are visible. Their fur color can be any fur color expressed by mus musculus, or the common house mouse.
