You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) "You've been expecting me?" he inquires, taking a seat in the cushion she had gestured to with his legs crossed, "I come from Aaun, I've only left for adventure purposes to be entirely honest with you. However, soon enough, I do wish to return." As he'd speak, he'd keep his chin down, staring at the hag with his green charismatic eyes "You see, I have plans, or atleast; intentions, on joining the army." He'd pause for a moment, thinking "If not an army, perhaps a guild." -- he'd look around, seeing if anyone were nearby, leaning into the ear of the hag "A long while ago, several years back, I ran with a guild, it never grew in popularity among the masses, wihin the guild we were as tight as could be. Everyone knew eachother well, and everyone called each other 'friend.' I don't believe I've mentioned what the guild was for, exactly; a mercenary guild, who specifically worked for local guard forces to capture outlaws." He'd pause for a moment, as if he was replaying a memory in his head, sighing he'd speak "I, however, wished to be more then some /anti-thief/ guild. With our friendship, we could become a force to be reckoned with, have our own army wave our own flag." -- "But, as I am here alone, that did not go to plan. My men; my friends. They had told me I'm too ambitious, that we're fine where we are, and to be content. But I could do none of those things." He'd give a quick snicker, his pupils expanding as it seemes an aura of dread surrounded the skinny man "You see, I have a restless flame of ambition that lays quietly in my heart; the ambition of selfishness, I'd call it. A flame can only grow if fuel is thrown into it's fire." he'd lean back into the cushion, away from the ear of the hag, his hand laying on his weapon in silence for a moment "I made the choice to rat out my own men to another guild, one that directly opposed us. I have them out location, acting as if I was spy within my own ranks. The night they came, I had already made my escape hours before, laying on top of a hill that oversaw our camp, I watched as the fire blazed the tents down, and my once friends screamed. He'd give the hag a stare as he slightly tilted his head, going back to his neutral charasmatic expression, asking "Is that what you wished to hear?"
