You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Seated on the cushion offered by the hag, Krark began to delve into the details of his life as his character believed in the dwarven values such as honor and loyalty. "I come from the far south in a city held inside the caves. I started out as a miner in me youth and forged a great bond with me war-brothers.... me brothers..." Krark would then look worried as he began to twiddle with the ring on his right hand. " Me war brothers and I took it up upon us to fight them orcs as they been a nasty bite in our arses.'" The tales of Krark's war brothers and some of the battles that he had with them would begin to have filled the room with feelings of valor and bravery. Krark's face lit up as he told these stories and the battles that he had against the orcs but as he went on his face began to shift down and his eyes softened into a sad, puddled, worried look. His narrative continued, recounting the abrupt intrusion of orcs, the clashes that stained their past with bloodshed, and the subsequent kidnapping of the Krark's two war brothers by a marauding orc raiding party. The hag listened intently as Krark painted a vivid picture of his life, from the tranquility of mining to the upheaval of war and the quest to reclaim the stolen values and idea of brotherhood. "That me story as of now Missum." Krark said "Me job and debt to my war brothers is to find em' and protect them. This ring I be havin' is a bond between all of us to protect each other and keepin' us all safe together." Krark began to grab tighten his belt and make sure his belongings were all in order as if he was about to move out. "Thank ye for the talk missums, but I must be goin' now... I got some war-brothers to find." Krark said bravely Krark then left the tent as a dwarf usually does, unseen unless you were paying attention to him, and waddled out the tent into the swampy dim town yet again with his mission strengthening every stride that he took.
