You find yourself standing at the edge of a vast, murky swamp, the air thick with the scent of decaying vegetation. The sky overhead is a gloomy gray, casting a dim light over the twisted trees and tangled undergrowth. The ground beneath your feet is soft and squelching, oozing with mud and stagnant water.
As you make your way deeper into the swamp, you come across a small, isolated town. The buildings here are all built on stilts, rising above the murky waters that surround them. The streets are narrow and winding, with no clear pattern or order to their layout.
You are drawn to a particular building, a ramshackle tavern with a sign swinging precariously in the wind. Stepping inside, you find the interior just as dilapidated as the exterior. The air is thick with smoke and the smell of cheap ale, and the few patrons who are there eye you with suspicion as you enter.
At the far end of the tavern, seated at a table by herself, is an old woman. She is hunched over a crystal ball, her eyes closed in deep concentration. As you approach, she opens her eyes and looks up at you, her gaze piercing and intense.
"What brings you to this forsaken place, traveler?" she asks, her voice raspy with age. "Do you seek guidance, or are you simply lost?"
You feel a strange sense of unease wash over you as you meet her gaze. It's as if she can see right through you, into the depths of your soul.
" I seek guidance" i replied, she asks me to sit down and as i sit down the orb starts glowing and the room darkens, it almost feels like she's peeling into my mind, the old woman grabs my hand and puts it on the orb, i get flashes, i get flashes of my future? i almost looked powerful, it looked like i was about to get crowned something? but then someone or something creeps up behind me, betrayed? but by whom i wonder? as the visions and flashes go away, i awaken from my bed, the images of your possible future as a betrayed king swirl in your mind, leaving you unsettled. Was it just a dream, or a vision of things to come? "input character into LOTC"
