If you are harassing people outside of LOTC that you originally met on Lotc and are harassing them for things that transpired on LOTC then you should think twice about wanting to play on this server. We aren't condemning you all. We are asking you to show a little bit of respect for past players. And if the subject as cyber bullying is being looked at like this how some of you are trying to find loop holes around and not fully understanding or twist what we are saying then yes, by all means take your attitude elsewhere we will not condone that behavior here.

Thank you everyone for your warm welcoming replies to my return. Well the majority of you. I wish I could have come back on much more happier circumstances but for the time being I will do what I can in the aid of the server and staff alike. Hopefully we can organize everyone move forward to provide you all with that of which you love about Lord of the Craft. Unless the stuff you like about it is drama, if that's the case I'll punt you ^^

Neko im not bashing you nor insulting you I merely asked about the legitness of this thread and recent bans, but seeing how you cant disclose your facts and screenshots... what holds us from saying screenshots or it didnt happen? Just because you are an admin doesnt give you allowance to ban people without reason right? Anyways not bashing or insulting as stated aready above my post. Merely asking ;)
Honestly it's your word against mine. Dare I ask you to simply trust me? What gain would I have for doing something like this for no reason. Am I asking you to just go by my word? No I'am not, sorry if I can't give you the disclosed information. For this reason if you chose not to believe me that is also fine. And I'am sorry you feel that. I do not dedicate my time just to just ruin players lives or other cruel things I've been accused of. I do it because I enjoy helping the community and being a part of this to help give you a sense of enjoyment with a safe place to play. Am I perfect? No, none of us are. But I do what I can to the best of my abilities.

As far as this particular matter, those I listed were the ones banned. If you are talking about several others, those others are more than likely banned recently through log checks for cybering.

The people in question were Happyshackles, Sawses, and Alphacentarus. I will not under no means post the evidence as it was found out through IP checks and the questioning of sources. I will not disclose any of the conversations had with our said sources. If you wish to bash and berate me because I will not bring innocent people into the fire for you all than so be it. That is my choice and I will stand by it.

I merely made this thread to inform you all and friends of those involved, so that I may explain to you why certain things had transpired. So again do not bring your hate and flame into this. If you disagree with my actions than I apologize. But I will not go back on my decision.

As I have said in my post. I'am quite upset that it was those three. As I personally wish that they did stick around. But there judgement to do such a thing makes me worried for the server and its well being, so I can not and will not condone there return. For all of you that their departure has upset, again I apologize and take full responsibility for.

Recently there was a rather horrible post made about the GM team, mainly the females on the Staff. The subject on the post was quite disgusting, insulting, and frankly rude just in general. After some searching about for sometime now it we managed to track down those that were posting this thread in multiple topics under different topic names and the players in questions frequently continued to change IP's so they would not be tracked. However we did catch them. All of there IP's have been permanently banned from LOTC forever. They will not be able to returned all because of this post and previous other things that have transpired. These people wore false masks to hide themselves from us and you as well, the community. The matters in this post while to them seemed all well an fun, it clearly was not and it was basically a form of cyber bullying. While we are saddened to have found out that these certain players, especially I personally have RP'd with, good RP'ers decided to do such a thing, we feel that while good RP'ers yes, we do not condone such behavior. Yes it happened to mainly the staff members, but that wouldn't stop them from targeting specific players should they feel they wanted to do it to them as well. We are a community, a family in my eyes, and these acts are not something one should do to another. I will not go into details the specific post, so please do not ask for it. Know that I personally went through the proof of all this and hopefully those that were banned due to this, learn that this itself is something I hope they don't continue to due throughout there lives.

Rape is bannable by all means when f2b consensual sex isn't. Why? Because in this world we live, there are players that have possibly been raped. Underage children that have been raped. The act of raping leaves not only physical but emotional scares. So if a player were to log on to play and than is forced RP to be raped, what do you think will happen? When F2b the player can easily say "no I'd rather not" There are so many things wrong with it I can not even fathom to explain it all. That fact that I have explain this much to someone again.

I don't understand why rape in itself is bannable when casual fade to black sex is. Rape is pretty much sex.

Yes, this is nice, but I don't understand how all this was suddenly build, it's an island, so the items would take a long time to gather and take over. But Neko's an admin so I guess it's ok and every things under control.
((The entire island was built by hand over a span of 3 months. Just so we are clear, they hand no help from me.))

Now some of you are taking it completely out of context. No point of keeping this open if you all are going to go about it this way. We arent talking about Cyber-ing we are talking about Cyber bullying and how we are simply REMINDING you that we here do not condone this type of behavior. Cyber bullying past players and harassing them is frowned upon here.
