• Have you ever been banned or received a strike? If so, link the report: I have been banned. It happened two years ago on a dark and stormy night. I was banned for stealing 2 stacks of gold blocks and giving them to the undead.
• Do you hold any other staff positions? I am a event manager on a newer server. I also served as a dungeon master on another server. I can tell you the names later if you really want to know.
• What race/group do you think your events would best cater to? Elves mainly because I've rp'd with them the most.... BUT! I can do it just as well with other races.
• What do you believe are key factors for a successful event? Well, the most important factor to a good event is... FUN! without fun there is really no point in the event. Plus people will never want to play in your future events if you just make it win win for you and loose loose for them.
• What strengths could you contribute to the Event Team? I can do great events... blah blah blah... No, but really I feel like I would be a good member of the team because I try to make every situation fun. Along with that I love making all kinds of events for people and thinks it's great when other event team members join in on all the fun.
• Create three distinct RP scenarios/events that you, as an actor, could create for others (one paragraph each):

• A bolt of thunder is summoned down from the heavens as actor mdhegs is called to rp as a dangerous man eating dire wolf. He is told he must follow his pack of viscous wild animals and hunt down the travelers within the spooky woods.  After what seemed hours of scouting he has found his prey, a small halfling boy picking berries. Actor hegs slowly eyes his prey up and down as he thinks of the best way he can get this small meal, would he leap out of the bushes and rip his face to shreds? Or would he sneak up behind him and eat him as if he was the berry? Hmm.. I think the bush would be more fun. Actor hegs quickly bursts out of the bushes and gobbles the poor little child up... Mission complete.... To bad he had to die.

• Creeks and croaks can be heard within the dark and gloomy witch woods as the adventures searched the land for the supposed 'heretic'. Where could he be on this foul night and why is he in the witch woods Horace thinks. Maybe this was a bad idea... These are the witch woods after all, but he is a man of his word and he will finish the Heretic! There is no turning back now. Horace slowly makes his way through the mossy forest, avoiding all kinds of deadly creatures as he does so. As he begins loosing doubt he hears the screech of a 'heretic' burst throughout the woods. He had finally found this supposed heretic. The foul being looked over Horace with its cold frosty eyes, in fact they were so dark that Horace could feel the chill go deep within his heart. It was the Vatragen, a demonic frost creature that feasted upon the cold souls of men. The fight of a lift time was about to go down. Would the cold heretical being take the life of a mere man? Or would Horace rise up and defeat the taint? The last thing heard was a loud cackle throughout the forest, who might have won?

• ((This is a simple way on how I have been formatting my past events and dungeons, although keep in mind it is fit for another server that is why it has other elements.))
• I would rp a small group of Bullywug and some of them would be nice and friendly. Then there will be the mean ones that go around 'trying' to beat people up that make fun of their size. Some of them would go around and steal while others would sit down and sing. Who knows they may even kidnap someone! The choices are endless.
   
  Event Type: Mini, yup mini. The reason I choose mini is because I just want to make players happy. I want to be the guy that makes people go, "Man; I really enjoyed that rp. I really hope that will happen again.". That really is my main goal.
   
  Target Audience: Honestly, I do not care. It's really who ever finds my fantastic little friends.

  Initiator: Who ever gets lucky enough to find one of this small little guys.
  Participator: Well if someone is just having a bad day and needs a fun event I would go. "You know what. I'll come find you in game. Be ready bud.". If that's not the case it's really just who ever wants to have some fun rp.
  Location: Just some nice swamps for my little bullywug friends.
   
• Plot: I would write a long story that's full of adventure, but that's not the way I want my events going down. I'm not going to be like, "Okay ummm. Those bullywug are going to be really tuff and scary, while those ones over there will eat people. Then I will have them take over a town!". NO, NO, and NO. That's not how I do my events. I let the people write the story. They choose what happens not me. I only pick how the bullywug act and live.
   
  Twist: Well if there really had to be one it would be Pud, the big mean bullywug rising up in power and attempting to destroy the near by village. Sadly that would end in all the bullywugs dying.
   
  Challenge: Well, little did you know the bullywug have stored up quite alot of treasure. The big challenge is convincing them to give it to you. Hint hint, they like spider eyes.
   
  Conclusion: Well, I myself do not know the ending to this story. Who knows it may end in them dying. Maybe they will be adopted. There are just so much to choose from!
   
  Reward: There are many rewards to this quest. You may get the friendship of a bullywug tribe, large amounts of gold, a swamp house, a nice weapon, large amounts of food, the title "Frog killer", and nothing at all.
